We had a fabulous time at Ulana. I went with my niece and grand nephews, and the food quality and choices were amazing, and the service unbelievable. I cannot say enough good things about our meal there. We had the brunch, and so many times at other restaurants, the servers can be very scarce during brunch. Our server (so very sorry, can't remember his name), was attentive without being intrusive, and always there when we needed ANYTHING. Highly recommend this restaurant.

We had a wonderful sushi dinner. My wife had the burger which was excellent!! Everything is expensive of course, but everything is delicious.

Have had the buffet many times in past years and it's gone so far downhill sadly. The service was horrid! Two waiters on Christmas for the buffet which cost 160 a person plus tip which I regret paying now. They didn't even refill our water. Never mind give any service at all for a five star restaurant. The food was plentiful but no where near what it was in past years. No way I would go back and regret tipping or going..

Food was overpriced trash, $46 for cold scrambled eggs. Pastries were all day trash, except the cinnamon bun, which was super well balanced yet still a bit dry. Some basic fruits. Service was bare minimum, brought us the check after 15 minutes. Good news is I didn't eat much!

We made our reservations through AmEx and received a complimentary Buffett for 2. The staff each day were very kind, offering entertainment and attentive service. Shirley and Amy were a lively crew, we thoroughly enjoyed them. The bacon was cooked to perfection, and the avocado toast was tasty. They offered a nice variety of fruit, sweets. The egg bar was popular and the buy cooking up eggs to order added real pizzazz while serving up made from scratch omelettes.

The celebration of our anniversary was so special! We never miss the Sunday brunch buffet when we come to Maui and this one was exceptional! The food and service were outstanding! Our waiter was superb! Highly recommended ?

My loco moco dish was not good, fat pieces of kalia pork and it was bland overall. I wanted to ask for a refund but felt embarrassed since it was the Ritz Carlton. The other two in my party got the banana pancakes and they liked them. I wouldn't recommend this place to order a la cart.

To be fair - our experience was with the Kapalua wine festival. I hate for this to go against Ulana if it's separate entity but not sure how else to leave a review. We've been going to the wine festival consistently throughout the years and this was the first one we left feeling disappointed.

This restaurant has a large and pricey brunch buffet on Sundays but we choose to order off the menu. We ordered the Mac-nut pancakes and they made them with gluten-free flour. Be sure to ask about the price if you ever order fresh-squeezed juice. Last year, they charged $20 for a glass of orange juice and wanted $17 this year. The environment is relaxing with a view overlooking the pool area and ocean in the distance.

Well we finally had a chance to attend Ulana. The waiter basically ignored us for first 15 mns. Never offered us water. Food was ok. In some ways excellent like the pastries and the kid cooking the eggs. The seafood seemed like yesterday's catch of the day. Coffee was excellent as was the juice but $17 for a glass of juice. Cmon. In short beautiful location we finally made it and we won't be back. Over rated and or overpriced depending on what an individual expects for a $60 breakfast

First and foremost, our waitress, Amy was incredible. She made the experience go from great to one of the best. The morning view was stellar and the food was outstanding. I highly recommend for breakfast.

Brunch, Kevin served (a superb and wise human), omelette artistry, fresh and local everything. The location and views are truly stunning; the staff exceptional. This is hereby our first ever SIX STAR review. Congrats! It was deserving of every hard earned penny.

Food was delicious but definitely not worth the price for the selection. was hoping more selection of hot foods, fruit variety, yogurt and toppings ..... was a bit disappointed overall.

A breakfast buffet with an abundance of food to satisfy any craving. You got your eggs, bacon, omelette options, endless pastries, and so much more - plenty of sweet and savory options. I suggest coming in as soon as they open at 6:30 to get a table with a view. Service is fast and staff are very friendly. It starts off quiet, but definitely gets louder as they fill up.

My husband and I had breakfast here and we're underwhelmed. The decor was shabby and the upholstered arm chairs were dirty and stained. We ordered from the breakfast menu instead of doing the buffet, I had eggs Benedict and the eggs were cooked properly but only a trace or hollandaise sauce was present and the Canadian bacon was over cooked and tough. My husband had the banana macadamia nut pancakes and they were just ok. The service was fine and there were plenty of empty tables. I really expected more from the Ritz Carlton.
