Beach chairs are ridiculous and dont enforce Adults Only area. Multiple days kids were in the Adults Only area and eating food in the Lanai pool. Promise luxury deliver less. Also let people put their claim to pool chairs and go have breakfast or lunch for hours. Embarrassment to the Westin brand. More like a Fairfiels Inn & Suites with lipstick
Came here for the holiday joy saw how beautiful the trees etc looked and all the holiday things they had to offer only for them to ruin Christmas for my kids. An employee let my kids know the parents do it all and we are all upset and heartbroken . With everything Christmas they have you think they would be more cautious. So disappointed this isn’t a cheap place and now this to happen. Won’t ever be coming back or recommending this to anyone. My poor kids and such a waste...read full review
They didn’t clean our room. The do not disturb door tag was off by 10am and they still decided not to clean our room. We are in the higher end hokupa’a rooms and they still don’t clean the rooms. There is a Hyatt next door, stay there like we should have.
