“Our family absolutely LOVED Mama Tina’s! Basically, it was a home-cooked meal. The meats were fresh, juicy, and honestly, made with love. We watched Mama Tina pull them right off the rotisserie, cooked in front of you over an open fire, and then come back with a full plate of food.
She went the extra mile by showing our kids how to cut a coconut, how to pick the right fruit, and even sat and chatted with us. It was true hospitality and what I can only describe as Hawaiian soul food—made with aloha.“
