Food selection was excellent. Everything tasted fresh, and even though the buffet area is large and gets very crowded, the food was constantly refilled and never ran out. The desserts were especially good. I loved that the menu featured local Hawaiian dishes, which gave me the chance to try so many new foods. The Dole Whip was amazing, and the macadamia nut ice cream was incredibly nutty and creamy — I absolutely loved it.
All the staff and servers were kind and helpful. The only downside was that the fan was very strong, making the dining area quite windy and cold. I ended up moving to a warmer table, and the staff was still very accommodating and friendly.

I highly recommend purchasing the Super Ambassador tickets this way you get the best experience. Having a dedicated tour guide was great! I will definitely come back. Highly recommend.

The food was great, much better than I'd normally expect from a buffet. The Li Hing Mui quinoa and the citrus mushrooms blew my mind.
Service was attentive and friendly, the live band were great musicians. Would definitely recommend.

The buffet at the Polynesian center, what a feast of Aloha :) Every plate told a story of Hawaii: vibrant, heartfelt, and beautifully crafted. The flavors, the presentation, the energy were all pure magic. Huge love to the kitchen and the amazing staff who made it feel effortless. I’ve never left a buffet this happy, full of island soul. Mahalo!!

The food is varied and all delicious. I’ve been many times and it’s consistently good. The service is so polite and friendly, but not a lot of interaction within is good and bad. The atmosphere is amazing. The decor is otherworldly. The mural that surrounds the whole dining area is a sight to behold. I know some of the people who were used as inspiration. There is a good amount of noise and live performers but you’re still able to talk. I love this place.
