I met Jocelyn at the cashier, and honestly, she’s one of the most friendly and kind people you could ever meet. She has such a warm and welcoming vibe that makes you feel comfortable right away. The way she talks to customers feels very genuine and you can tell she really cares. She’s super patient, easy to talk to, and always has a positive energy. Even when it’s busy, she still makes people feel noticed and appreciated, which I think is really rare.

We had the breakfast package for our stay at the Courtyard by Marriot Oahu North Shore. The food at the Bistro was average, but portions were small and some lacked flavor. We found out from one of our party of ten asking a couple days into our stay that we could add sides to the breakfast options. The food was good and the staff was very pleasant. However, it took an extremely long time to get our food (45 minutes or more for a burger and a salad). We enjoyed the live music and the lobby was really nice and clean.
