I ordered over the phone, and picked up my soup, SO looking forward to having a WHOLE small bowl of soup!! But NO! Only half of a small bowl!! My container wasn’t closed good enough, and lost half of it in the bag and dripped all over my purse!!

The woman was rude to me eight from the beginning. It took 35 minutes for them to make two sandwiches after i paid for them. Each half of my sandwich had one small piece of lettuce, one thinly sliced tomato, one thin slice of cheese, and two very thin slices of meat. They even skimped on the mayo and mustard, so the bread was too dry. More attitude was given before we left. I will never go here again. If you're in the service industry and you hate your job, then just quit and find something else to do. The bread was good but the lack of ingredients made it not worth the money. I'd rather grocery shop and make my own. Probably would be faster and it would be way less cost per sandwich. If you want to be mistreated and fill up on bread, chips, and soda, then go here.

One of the best pastrami sandwiches here! I like all the options for your order and the food was great. So good, in fact, that we're looking to go back for another lunch! It was pretty busy when we went, so the food took a while to come out. Definitely plan ahead if you're going during the lunch hour.

Service was good, friendly staff. This review is mainly on the lobster roll which is really not a roll at all but more like a baguette. I couldn't really taste the lobster at all so it was more like a mushroom and onion cheese melt. But I'd be willing to try a different sandwich if I was ever in the area again, just would not recommend the lobster roll.

The Carolina is definitely filling.. it's like a Club sandwich which I love and the layers of it, the energy I got from it 😋. Also, can't go wrong with the Lobster Roll

If you get a pager when you order, it means you’re a tourist and you’re going to wait for 45 minutes while scores of locals order and are served before you. If you’re a local, you won’t be given a pager and you’ll be in and out in 5 minutes. This place clearly hates tourists. There were a few people before us that had to wait 45 minutes for their food too. They were tourists. Stay away.

This place was pretty bad… customer service was so horrendous here and the food wasn’t even that good.

When we walked in there was only two people there. We then ordered a pastrami sandwich and a French dip sandwich. Then there were three other locals or islanders that ordered after us and two of the groups ordered sandwich’s as well. It then took 45 minutes to get our food. All the locals were served before us and all ordered after us.

We also asked 30 minutes in to see where our food was at for the past 30 minutes because we only wanted to stop in there for a couple minutes and they said they where waiting on the pastrami sandwich which took 15 minutes to make. It should not take 45 minutes to make two sandwiches. The last time we were here it also took 45 minutes for a couple of sandwiches two years ago.

During this I overheard the lady that served us talking to another customer on the phone and she asked if they were an Islander.

Also the food wasn’t that good as well the French dip didn’t have a lot of meat but it was ok. The pastrami sandwich however was pretty bad; the bread was stale and there wasn’t that much meat.

After this we literally went to Costco because the pastrami sandwich wasn’t very good and got food there for 6 times cheaper and it was better than the sandwich’s that we got.

Overall I would not recommend eating here due to the lack of customer service and the food. We used to come all the time 15 years ago and the place has degraded over time.

Worst sandwich I ever had and terrible customer service. Took me half an hour to get a cold and stale BLT. The store was empty, no line at all! I'm going to subway from now on, double the quantity and quality for half the price. I'm seriously thinking I got food poisoning. Locals and tourists, beware.

We stopped here before our flight. Located right in the mall about 2 miles from the airport. Food was really good. The bread outstanding. Service was okay- they completed made the wrong turkey sandwich. The other two sandwiches were spot on. It also took much longer than it should for a sandy shop. Overall. Not a bad place

There so good but it makes no sense how long they takes. I’ve been here multiple times and it takes 45 min for a sandwich like what?! I worked many years in the foodservice industry and there is absolutely no reason for it to take this long. Speed it up people for real.
