“We had breakfast at Daddy O’s during our trip to Kauai, and it quickly became one of those places we kept thinking about even after we left. We were on the island for 8 days and ended up coming here twice for breakfast, which says a lot when there are so many places to try.

I’ll be honest: the ambiance is pretty simple and not the main reason you come here. But the food? Absolutely next level. Everything we had tasted fresh, flavorful, and made with real care. The quality of the breakfast was genuinely impressive, and every bite felt comforting, satisfying, and exactly what you want before starting a beautiful day in Kauai.

Daddy O’s has that hidden-gem feeling where the experience is really carried by the food and the people. It may not be fancy, but it delivers where it matters most. Great taste, great quality, and the kind of breakfast that makes you want to come back before your vacation is even over.

“This food truck is the best place for poké on Kauai! Charming relaxed atmosphere, DELICIOUS food at affordable prices, all next to an open building with great shops. Corn hole game for the kiddos set up near the covered seating area. All 8 in our group agreed that this was the place to eat! Visited 2-3 times during our stay. Highly recommend!“
