We ordered a watermelon salad for an appetizer and it never came. Cobb salad was recommended by the waiter and it was honestly trash- it was so mediocre. Asked for coffee that also never came. The gardens and ambiance were gorgeous but the food and service have much to be desired.
We had a wonderful time here and the server catered to my specific dietary needs (celiac) with dairy free and gluten free options which was very helpful. This place is great and will go here every time when in Kauai!
We loved this restaurant and were coming back every year. This year it was sad to see the drastic change in the menu from modern asian fusion cuisine to old school with mediocre selection; we had a wedding anniversary that was completely ruined by bad food. We had overcooked sloppily prepared fish drenched in heavy butter sauce on top of mashed potatoes. They called this sauce Hollandaise - nothing close except ton of butter.
