Me and the family come ice cream here every week multiple times. It's are favorite ice cream spot in lihue and the girls working here are very polite and great at what they do.
We love Skinny Mike’s shave ice! It's our favorite and is their own recipe (unlike so many places on Kauai that get it from one vendor) and we find it to be the best traditional, island style we’ve tried and not overly sweet as is JoJo’s.
Skinny Mike’s is so flippin’ good, it reminds me of the high quality, old thyme ice cream shops flavor wise with nautical, island theme decor! Don’t forget to get your picture on the boat if people aren’t hogging it! Lol It’s always busy!
