“Stopped by the Kihei Food Truck Park after seeing it driving by a couple nights ago. It turns out Vidads has the (strangely) elusive garlic noodles we’ve been searching for! And at so much better of a price than anywhere else on the island! The garlic noodles were incredible and the beef on top was mouthwatering. “We went to happy hour there last week. again, it did not disappoint. we had a rainbow roll, coconut shrimp, fried brussel sprouts and kulu pig nachos..... could not tell which was my favorite because they were all good.
