I’m a big fan of spicy food so I asked the lady to add chili pepper. When I saw she added chili flakes (almost like powder but not that fine) in the food instead of hot sauce, fresh chilis or jalapeños, I knew I just found a right place for authentic Thai food. The lady working there was super friendly and showed smile all the time when we were there. I’m already missing the place!“

“Great thai food...same quality as food truck in Kahului. It's my favorite so far...love the fried pork ribs, lemongrass chicken, pad thai, papaya salad..all my favorites. Only thing missing is prik Nam pla, which is a fish sauce and thai chili pepper condiment, they had the dried red chili pepper which sufficed, since I like a little more spicy thai dishes. “We were so lucky to stumble upon Life of Thai this afternoon! They are located in a sweet ring of food trucks with plenty of shaded seating (dog friendly, easy parking). I ordered the vegetable fried rice and it was excellent. ALL the vegetables were SO fresh, plus a generous juicy slice of lime. The owner is adorable and so friendly. I was so impressed with the entire transaction that I had to write a review, which I rarely take the time to do. I can't wait to go back and try other vegetarian dishes he makes. “Easily some of the best Thai food I've ever had! And the drinks were delicious too. But what made our meal truly special was the warmth and Aloha of our wonderful server Supapan. She connected with us immediately and took excellent care of us. By the end of the meal we had to hug her and leave a handmade beaded bracelet as an added token of our appreciation.
