10/31: Our pizza took an hour to even get because this location was so busy. That’s not the issue. My issue is is offering another customer in front of me, which I’ve waited an hour for our food, to go ahead and offer her a free drink but not for myself. Terrible customer service. Wonderful! I placed the order online, and it was to my hotel door in like 20 minutes. And it is delicious! Unlike other locations, they baked my pizza well-done without baking the cheese sticks well-done. A+
