Kvasir's Mead, a traditional Polish meadery located on the Big Island of Hawaii, offers a unique and flavorful experience. The brewer, Tomek, uses a meticulous fermentation process that takes 6-9 months to create each batch of mead, infusing local Hawaiian flavors. Visitors can enjoy a mead tasting and farm tour, where they'll learn about the art of mead-making and sample a variety of delicious varieties, including Kvasir's Blood (Hibiscus), Your Momma Made Me Cake (Longan), Yeastie Boys (Banana Longan), Krampus (Cinnamon, Clove, Orange), and Strong Dick (Banana).
