This is the most delicious sourdough! Jess is amazing and very accommodating, we were cycling through Mountain View and she was able to deliver an order for us on the road! It was incredible. Jess has put a lot of thought and effort into her sourdough and she told us all about the lineage of her starter. She is a true artist. Highly recommend meeting Jess at her markets and trying her sourdough!
