Kvasir's Mead, a traditional Polish meadery located on the Big Island of Hawaii, offers a unique and flavorful experience. The brewer, Tomek, uses a meticulous fermentation process that takes 6-9 months to create each batch of mead, infusing local Hawaiian flavors. Visitors can enjoy a mead tasting and farm tour, where they'll learn about the art of mead-making and sample a variety of delicious varieties, including Kvasir's Blood (Hibiscus), Your Momma Made Me Cake (Longan), Yeastie Boys (Banana Longan), Krampus (Cinnamon, Clove, Orange), and Strong Dick (Banana). The knowledgeable and passionate hosts, Tomek and Alex, provide a memorable and educational experience for all who visit.
