This place is great. Went there for the first time about 2 weeks ago. Stopped on the way home from visiting VNP. Walked in and was a bit surprised as there wasn't much seating as place was small. However the food made up for all that. They serve a variety of Hawaiian plate options, sandwiches, burgers and poke. There were 4 of us. 2 ordered the burgers and 2 the poke. Poke was nice and fresh. OMG SUSHI!! Sweet Thunder Products Sushi Chef is now at Kurtistown Cafe!! I love love love her Poke. It is always so fresh and tasty. The service from the Sushi Chef is always quick and friendly. The atmosphere of this restaurant has always been cozy whenever I stop in.

Incredible. Poke and chicken katsu couldn't be beat. They had an awesome spicy garlicky sauce that was excellent as well. Service was fast and friendly. Approachable menu as well with other options!
