They almost always get my order wrong, but in small ways that I Don't usually feel like taking it back over. Like they forget the cheese or don't modify the burgers according to instruction like no pickles. This time it was onions and pickles... I guess the real answer is to eat real foods.Parking: Sometimes parking fills up and it can take a bit to find a spot.Kid-friendliness: Kid loves it.
Customer service was on point unlike most McDonald's warm greeting from when you first enter til we were done... not too mention asking us like a real fancy place is it ok ,can we get you anything else... This Hilo McDonald's is the best one I've been too!!! Unlike the one's on Oahu where I'm from they don't have the customer service like this one up Volcano!!!

If you have to travel around the island this is the best McDonalds (compared to Pahoa and Hilo). Its been remodeled and the food is always on point. Service is fast and friendly. The only one I will go to!
