“I really enjoy this Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf locations. Early in the day I use the drive through for a large coffee. Later in the day I enjoy a large black green tea. Atmosphere is laid back, relaxing and peaceful. Staff is always very friendly and helpful. There are numerous outlets available so charging mobile devices is never a problem. One of the must visit places in Kea’au.“

“Customer service was on point unlike most McDonald's warm greeting from when you first enter til we were done... not too mention asking us like a real fancy place is it ok ,can we get you anything else... This Hilo McDonald's is the best one I've been too!!! Unlike the one's on Oahu where I'm from they don't have the customer service like this one up Volcano!!!“

“We went to Koana to start a birthday celebration and it became the most memorable part of the day! The drinks are amazing, the desserts are incredible, the atmosphere comfortable and charming and the hosts attentive and charismatic. if you want a truly unique experience go to Koana.“

“This was the best shaved ice that I had on my vacation. Yes it's kind of pricey but totally worth it! Just make sure you order a good flavor. I got half strawberry and blueberry with the haupia cream (coconut whipped cream) on top which was definitely the star of the show. I could eat a whole bowl of that by itself!!! My husband got the coconut flavor with chocolate shell topping. He said the coconut flavor didn't really have much flavor would definitely not recommend that flavor.“

“Popped into this cafe and was warmly greeted by a friendly employee. Several customers were already lined up and it didn’t take long for others to join us. No pressure but two girls got our orders quickly and my chai was delicious. The pastries looked super tempting and sit down customers had only positive comments. Although small it is quite charming and welcoming. “Cute and clean little cafe. We got French toast and avo toast and a smoothie - all very good. But the best part is the owner, who is small business entrepreneurship incarnate... Walked us though the menu and best items and made us feel so appreciated for visiting. A true hustler, in the best way lol. Go visit!“

“Best coffee ever!!! They are super consistently good and their staff is really nice. The standard size for their drinks is way bigger than other places despite being around the same price as other shops. If you like sweeter stuff, get the Ube latte!!“

“Cute local cafe with a nice variety of coffees and baked goods. Comfortable seating area to enjoy your order. I tried a Rose latte w Mac nut milk to go with their apple cinnamon scone. Delicious . They have homemade whipped cream cheese that I would love to try next time on a bagel . Support local business!“

“Unfortunately when I arrived they only had churro and taro donuts left. I took one of each. They were absolutely delicious. I’m definitely getting there earlier next time so I can try whatever else they might have. This is the first time I went there for something other than their cookies, which are good if you like a biscotti type cookie. I like to dunk them in my coffee. You can sit outside and eat, and it’s small but charming.“

“It’s a very charming cafe.It's so popular that the parking lot is full, but the location is too south.It looks like a warehouse or something, so there's no door on one side.But the bakery was awesome! I was sad that all the croissants were gone, but the cinnamon rolls were so delicious.The coffee has the unique flavor of Kona coffee!“

“Great menu for dairy free, gluten free, and vegan. The kombucha is on point and above. The root beer is a bit mind blowing. Tastes like root beer without the sugary grossness. All seven that we tried were wonderful. My husband wasn't fond of the Palo Santo but I thought the flavor was really unique. The fish tacos and the chicken tinga were amazing.Bathrooms are nicely kept but please make sure to help them keep it that way by cleaning your mess.“

“A old school drive in where the servers walk-up to your car to grab your order! Many different choices of drinks and sandwiches. We got Breakfast Bagels, your choice of many options of bagels, with egg, cheese and choice of protein (ham, sausage or bacon). However, I found they were just that. Pretty bland and simple. And we loved our lattes! Cute logo, too!“
