I only drink light roast coffee. I was excited to find this Starbucks in Safeway along the main road. The gal working was delightful.
I was surprised my Starbucks app payment would not work and the system would not allow me to tip.
The Barista was so delightful I made a purchase in Safeway so that I could get funds to tip her!

The store is inside Safeway. The staff is very friendly. The drinks are good, and there are samples of new drinks.
Always love Starbucks. There are at least four in Hilo, one in Safeway and one in Target and another in the mall parking lot. And the last one in the middle of town.
