Coconut Caboose Shave Ice & Coconuts (food truck)

Had the coconut gelato 6 years ago and now I’m pregnant and can’t stop thinking about it!! It was the best thing I’ve ever had in my life. Even went for a second while I was there!

Coconut Caboose was the best thing that ever happened to me. I look forward to the days when we can enjoy coconuts together again. Sending love and prayers to our Lahaina community and the Coconut Palms.

I got the coconut gelato - only flavour available that day. The freezer was too cold so the texture was like snow, however, once it warmed up, the flavour was rich and creamy, not heavy. Best coconut taste ever! Would have been a 5 if not for the texture/freezer issue.

Absolutely delicious treats, you can tell the level of care and love that goes into each and every treat, and the staff is friendly to match. My new go-to spot in Paia!

Awesome stop near downtown Paia but with easier parking and chill atmosphere. They’re a little off the central Paia intersection but parking is easier than that area.The coconut shaved ice and the gelato are amazing, so so so good. We got two shaved ices, the gelato combo, and the coconut soda. Just wonderful to have a nice relaxing way to settle down after the beach.Overall, would recommend over all the other shaved ice places we’ve been to on the island.

We stopped at the new store. It was one of my favorite parts of our trip. We got to taste gelato, got shaved ice and drank from a coconut. We also learned a lot about coconuts.

Gelato was super yummy and people super sweet.

Was hoping for the same coconut deliciousness I had in Thailand. Not even close. The coconut chosen for me was young and small so very little coconut water and next to no meat. Waaaay overpriced. Perhaps I tried the wrong item; the other reviews are great.

I can’t drink bottled coconut water anymore ? the quality, freshness and flavor of this company’s products have ruined me for life ? a must find on Maui! Mahalo for serving our community with freshness and creativity!!!!

I recommend getting the fresh coconuts here. You can drink them, and then they'll cut the meat out for you. It's super enjoyable and the guy working there is so friendly!
