First of all, I love BWW. This location is our usual go-to and we usually don't have any issues. They recently updated the inside, which is great. I don't know if they also got new staff, specifically cooks, but the food was not as good as it usually is. Fries were overcooked, and the chicken hardly had any sauce. It just wasn't the same.
Came on a Sunday. Great place to watch sports, not great for service. Twice, our drinks sat empty, our server never checked on us. The ONE food order we had (a sampler) was wrong. It was fixed, however, food took too long and so did the draft beers -_-
I decided to stop in before my flight back to Virginia. I am a huge BWW Fan, and this one did not disappoint. The bartender and waitress, Darcy, was super attentive, friendly, and very attractive. I enjoyed my time at the bar, having a strawberry margarita and dark beer with wings and tots. Granted, it did take the food a bit to come out, and the place was not crowded, but what's the rush? This is hang loose land, and why not just relax? The food and drinks were delicious....
