This is my first time back in Hawaii in almost 20 years. On the way to Aulani Disney Resort with my family, we stopped by Burger King to use the restroom and grab a quick bite. From beginning to end Geenah was very personable and just kind. She informed me in the nicest way possible that there was no diaper changing table and even apologized for the inconvenience. I can understand that customer served at a fast food place with a lot of foot traffic can probably get crazy, but she was so nice to us the whole time.
Their establishment is incredibly clean and spacious. Bathrooms are also very clean.

Only folks that seem to get good treatment is philopino customers that some how always are getting discounts. But regular paying customers can't even use the restroom that is supposedly out of servers which I just saw one of the workers use it.

Came 15 mins before 9pm (thought it closes at 9) so I rushed my order expecting them to be angry and spit in my food…lol I received quite the opposite. My Whopper was fresh and hot and fries were perfect. Ladies working this shift were in such good spirits, give them a raise!
