The parking lot is a bit tricky but the people are very friendly. The food was hot and it was good but I just don’t care for Burger King enough to give it five stars. Otherwise it was a great experience and I hope to go there again soon.

We were at the drive thru. Foods always great. Just make sure if you go avoid going dinner time between 6pm-8pm dinner rush is crazy. 4 cars in front of us and it took about 20 minutes till we got to make our order. And then another 15 till we got our food. Almost 40 minutes waiting in line at drive thru. Other than that they got our order correct which is a plus considering how busy it got and how many cars before us were walking back inside because I guess they didn't get there orders right? Any time during the day this burger king is no problem. Just be wary of the dinner rush

Today my husband had to have another medical procedure done this side of the island so we decided to pick up Burger King for lunch. I really wanted to try the Frozen Strawberry Nerds drink since I really liked nerds as a kid and it was a hot day. It was sooo refreshing and yummy!!! Tasted exactly like nerds before you even get to the topping!! Tart and sweet and cold!! I wanted another one!!! Highly recommend you try this if you’re a nerds candy lover or if you love frozen treats too. I had my usual impossible whopper but my husband accidentally ordered it plain so it was pretty much naked 😓 the onion rings made up for it since there was a lot. He had his usual favorite double whopper. Good meal. Order was accurate as well so that was great. I will definitely drop by again for a repeat on the Frozen Strawberry Nerds and order the Rodeo Burger next time as well!
06//04/2025 Had the Rodeo Burger Today. It’s Tasty. Just the right size for me but if you have a big appetite it will not be enough. My husband was laughing at the size and said it wasn’t nearly enough for him. 😅

Burger King, you are messing up yesterday after work I drove especially all the way down to Burger King in Aiea, The one right on the corner of Kam highway. I ordered a whopper without cheese now I’ve been eating whoppers my whole life and I know a whopper comes with lettuce, tomatoes, and onion and the sauce that’s why the whopper is one of my favorite burgers. Well, the messed up lady who was working last night. sold me a nine dollar hamburger. An old Patty between some bread that’s not a whopper that’s barely a hamburger. Not happy

TUESDAY YACAP
When I'm in Pearl City I try to get to this Burger King as there aren't that many on island anymore. Just recently remodeled, no drink station makes for a spacious seating/eating area. Service was excellent unfortunately I didn't get the gal that helped us name. Food was spot on, I love all the choices when you combo a meal

This review is about their teriyaki burger. The whopper is my favorite fast food sandwich but their teriyaki burger is horrible. Putting a little bit of what tastes like cheap store teriyaki sauce on their burger does not make a good teriyaki burger unfortunately. But now I know to never order it again. McDonald’s is the only fast food restaurant that makes a good one. Too bad it’s not a permanent item

This is my first time back in Hawaii in almost 20 years. On the way to Aulani Disney Resort with my family, we stopped by Burger King to use the restroom and grab a quick bite. From beginning to end Geenah was very personable and just kind. She informed me in the nicest way possible that there was no diaper changing table and even apologized for the inconvenience. I can understand that customer served at a fast food place with a lot of foot traffic can probably get crazy, but she was so nice to us the whole time.
Their establishment is incredibly clean and spacious. Bathrooms are also very clean.

Only folks that seem to get good treatment is philopino customers that some how always are getting discounts. But regular paying customers can't even use the restroom that is supposedly out of servers which I just saw one of the workers use it.
