Their food is fresh and tasty. Combos are a great way to try different items. There wasn't a single item on their menu that we have tried and didn't like it. Mochiko chicken is not oily and their portions are generous. Definitely worth a try if you're in the area.
Spicy Ahi and BBQ is a very unassuming little restaurant in a strip mall. We wandered here on a Saturday night on our way back to Waikiki from Kapolei. Luckily, we found a hidden gem! We put our name down at around 5:30pm and there were two parties ahead of us waiting outside. We went to walk around the strip mall for a bit before coming back to get seated.
