“I love paradise poke! I love their poke bowls, hella fresh — so good and the portions are heavy so you don’t feel cheated! All flavors are good — the poke nachos, man, that’s my go to! In my opinion best on island! Also, I stop there for breakfast because I think they have the best musubi — I know, I know, just trust me though. Right size tomago, right size spam, enough rice, rice right kind of sticky, and spam marinated to perfection in right kind sauce! Just trust me!“

“Small place, but the flow is well thought out. They have different snacks, jerky, deserts and sides that looked delicious. I went there to try their Poke. At first I thought I wouldn't be able to try it, there wasn't much in the display. The young girl explained that they could make a fresh batch of what I decided on. I had their Spicy Ahi on sushi rice, yuzu cucumber with the Unagi sauce, and ginger. The Ahi was actually spicy...loved it! The creaminess and flavor was just right.“

“Popular place for steak and shrimp kinda hidden next to the italian restaurant. We had to line up to order, was given a color tag, then sat at the next available outside table with the server. The service was awesome. Food...if you like your steak medium rare like I do, think you have to say something otherwise came well done and chewy. Other than that everything else was good👍“

“Never fails. You think the place is closed, you open the door and theres about 8 people standing room only, waiting for their orders. The girls work fast at slicing your fresh sashimi for salads, bowls and bentos. Frying salmon or ahi belly and hamachi Kama. And don’t forget about the laulau with kalua pig and lomi salmon plate. Why not ask for a side of poke. Always sooooo ono. Enjoy 😉“

“A MUST VISIT! I'm writing this review as a repeat customer. I've tried Fumi's when they were in the North Shore and I've tried their food twice now at the Ala Moana location and it's delicious!

I came this time because I really wanted to check out their Garlic Basil Chicken. If anyone has ever had TapEx Taiwanese style popcorn chicken in San Diego, then you will be very pleased with this dish. I love the balance of spice, texture, and smothering their delicious spicy garlic butter shrimp sauce on my rice.

I’m from Oahu and haven’t had a favorite poke spot besides places I’ve been on Big Island or Foodland, but this place is an easy favorite. “Took my aunt visiting from Bay Area out for dinner. Had some dimsum dishes as well as some dinner entrees. My aunt ordered too much food which is why the bill is in the $50/person range. Quality & taste were very similar to some of the finer dining restaurants in the Bay Area like Mayflower & Koi Palace without the upscale surroundings & upscale price. We had a steam fish with ginger & scallion (could not translate what the fish was) which was so fresh & flavorful. Only disappointing dish was the roast duck which was flavorful but was dry. I guess at a seafood restaurant, ordering barbecue might not get you the freshest dish. There are a couple of private rooms available and appears to have karaoke. All in all, a very good choice if you are looking for some good Cantonese food.“

We ordered Kamikaze roll, dancing shrimp roll, and stuffed mushrooms and everything was actually delicious (no there was no discount for me to write a review for them, its actually good).
