“Ordered spicy salmon and spicy ahi with sushi rice on DoorDash, and it was honestly top TWO poke places I’ve had so far in Oahu.

I’ve tried multiple Foodlands, I’ve tried the Morning Catch place in Chinatown that was famous on TikTok, and I will say that this place has some really tasty and enjoyable poke.

I also want to add that they add a nice reusable big with the doordash order too.“

“We ate here twice. The second time with a group of 12. They have limited seating and request that people order first and wait to be seated. People obviously cannot read. The staff did a great job seating us despite the complications and were effective getting our food to us.

Our group tried swordfish, fish and chips, several shrimps, catch of the day and steaks and all the food was very good.“

“Never fails. You think the place is closed, you open the door and theres about 8 people standing room only, waiting for their orders. The girls work fast at slicing your fresh sashimi for salads, bowls and bentos. Frying salmon or ahi belly and hamachi Kama. And don’t forget about the laulau with kalua pig and lomi salmon plate. Why not ask for a side of poke. Always sooooo ono. Enjoy 😉“

“A MUST VISIT! I'm writing this review as a repeat customer. I've tried Fumi's when they were in the North Shore and I've tried their food twice now at the Ala Moana location and it's delicious!

I came this time because I really wanted to check out their Garlic Basil Chicken. If anyone has ever had TapEx Taiwanese style popcorn chicken in San Diego, then you will be very pleased with this dish. I love the balance of spice, texture, and smothering their delicious spicy garlic butter shrimp sauce on my rice.

I’m from Oahu and haven’t had a favorite poke spot besides places I’ve been on Big Island or Foodland, but this place is an easy favorite. “I specially went to Aloha Island Manapua bc I saw online that they make the fried ginger chicken plate on rice. I will say that they’re is better than Island Manapua in Manoa. Manoa’s was extra salty. The Waipahu location also gives more chicken & rice for $15 something. Their ginger onion sauce was dry and not liquidy and was heavy on the green onions, less ginger. Kinda weird ratio of ingredients. See from the photos.“
