We ordered nachos and the salmon plate and it did NOT dissappoint. We will certainly be coming back here as often as we can. The staff was all super friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, and intentional. It is a convenient location, too, in the same strip mall as Starbucks, so a great stop to get morning coffee and breakfast or lunch for the day. Blue Water Shrimp & Seafood at Hilton Hawaiian Village absolutely delivered. I ordered the panko-crusted calamari steak with lemon butter caper sauce, and it was cooked to perfection—crispy on the outside, tender on the inside, and not rubbery at all, which is hard to get right with calamari.

The lemon butter caper sauce was amazing: bright, rich, and perfectly balanced without overpowering the dish. The sides were just as impressive. The rice was fluffy and well-seasoned, the corn had just the right touch of salt and pepper, and the salad rounded everything out nicely. Even the plate presentation was top notch, which you don’t always expect from a casual seafood spot.

At $20, the price was outstanding for both the quality and the portion size. I also noticed another customer’s shrimp plate—large shrimp and cooked beautifully, which definitely caught my attention for next time.

On top of the great food, the staff was friendly and welcoming. Overall, this was a fantastic meal, and I’ll absolutely be back again during my trip. Highly recommend stopping here if you’re in the Hilton Hawaiian Village area. 🌴🍤“

I’m from Oahu and haven’t had a favorite poke spot besides places I’ve been on Big Island or Foodland, but this place is an easy favorite. Not fully understanding all of the menu options, the owner, was so friendly, offered information about the types of fresh food he had and even offered us samples of the Ahi poke. Once a nay sayin skeptic, I’m now a true believer in raw fish as an amazing meal. I can’t say enough about how tasty this food was. We also had the Shrimp Tempura, Ahi Katsu and Limo Oi’o. All were absolutely some of the best food we had in over a week in Hawaii.“

The stuffed bean curd was the standout while the baked manapua was flavorful although I was not a fan of the sugar coated topping. Personally, I prefer having the cart service with steaming baskets rolling by so I can pick what looks good but that is just personal preference. The staff did a great job being attentive and bringing the bamboo steamers straight to the table and everything arrived hot and fresh from the kitchen.“

“Uncle’s Fish Market Bar & Grill was a nice, relaxed stop for us. When we walked in, it wasn’t very crowded, which made the atmosphere feel calm and laid back.

We ordered the ahi trio as an appetizer, and it was really good, a great way to start the meal. Our food did take about 30 minutes to come out, but we didn’t mind too much since we had a couple of drinks while waiting.

Speaking of drinks… they were strong 😅 (I forgot the exact names, but they definitely did the job). Overall, good food, solid drinks, and a chill vibe. Worth checking out if you’re in the area and not in a rush.“

The atmosphere can be crowded and noisy if its busy so go early and get out before the rush. Some favorites are honey walnut shrimp, salt pepper pork chop and the fresh steamed oysters are always a hit.“

“We walked in and were immediately greeted and seated at an open table. Waters, menu, and table-ware were already on the table. We ordered Kamikaze roll, dancing shrimp roll, and stuffed mushrooms and everything was actually delicious (no there was no discount for me to write a review for them, its actually good). Plates were removed as soon as we finished one roll and the next was served. We dropped a chop stick and we're immediately given a new set. Check was served immediately when we finished the last roll too. We left very impressed.“
