“Favorite pho place on the island. Friendly staff with timely service. We’re always satisfied when we come here. I love the tofu pho with a side of meatball and a piece of French bread with their housemade butter. The chili garlic dipping sauce is also my all time favorite!“
“We were so impressed with the service with this location! We had a reservation at 5, we were seated immediately & our server Chanon was taking our order within literally 2 minutes. I don’t think I’ve ever had a server as attentive and prompt as he was tonight. My husband said he felt like he was reading his mind the whole time because he literally didn’t have to ask for a single thing, he was just there with what we needed. “My family is big on Poke and sushi, so we decided to give Tropic Poke a try while we were in Ko Olina. We were blown away by how fresh the ahi was. Unlike other places that use frozen ahi, theirs was incredibly fresh, and it really elevated the taste and texture. Plus, the service was outstanding and the place was spotless, so we’re definitely planning to come back next time!“
“Small Italian restaurant located in a strip mall. the service was excellent. the menu is vast. We tried the rigatoni arabiatta and the chicken saltimboca. The chicken really needed more seasoning. Needed salt pepper garlic and some butter. Arrabiata was flavorful the Pasta aldente. Portions are very fair and perfect for one person. prices reasonable. But just ok.“
“The pocket bread with homemade garlic hummus was a delightful start to a great meal. The beet salad was refreshing and delicious, my wife and I split a NY strip , half lobster and six shrimp as entree all were wonderfully prepared and tasty. As sides we chose broccoli with slightly spicy kick as well as the extremely plentiful Lobster mashed potatoes. We finished it off with with warm malasadas with salted caramel or guava jam for dipping. It was an excellent meal and of course a beautiful location on lagoon.“
“Beautiful restaurant with a lovely menu! The petite clam appetizer was delicious! Service was great! Would highly recommend this restaurant for couples or families with older children. I would not recommend for families with small children as it is a higher end restaurant. Enjoy!“
“For being a restaurant inside a hotel the food was actually really good, the service leaves a little something to be desired. The atmosphere is exactly what you would expect from a hotel restaurant. They no longer serve the bulgogi French fries, only the Kalbi French fries.“
“This time, I stayed in Honolulu from 2023/12/28 to 2024/01/03 and went there for lunch. It was late for lunch, but it was happy hour, so I was able to eat crab ? at a pretty reasonable price ♪The interior of the restaurant is spacious and the staff are very pleasant, and the crab balls were delicious and the two senior couples ate them all.The crab was at the market price that day, but I think it was around $30.This is a store I want to go to again♪Kid-friendliness: There was a child's chair.“

I’m a die hard fan and it breaks my heart to see people drive passed and miss out on the charismatic staff, amazing deals, and drinks fit for you king/queen! “Roy's is always a family favorite! They treated out kids (4 & 5) like royalty. As soon as we sat down, they put food in front of them, without even ordering. The kids meals were a great value and came with an appetizer, entrée and desert. Our only regret was only eating here once. Our oldest asked every night if we could go back to Roy's because he loved it so much.Yes, it is on the more expensive side, but in this case, you get what you pay for! Top notch service. Great good and drink. Amazing attention to detail when it comes to kids.Kid-friendliness: As soon as we sat down, the waiter brought out the kids a quesadilla and some fruit as their appetizer, without even ordering. I've never experienced a restaurant that just brings kids food to keep the quiet. Roy's has it down! Other restaurants should take note.“
