Food: I only come here for the Salmon Truffle Poke as well as the Eggplant Side dish they serve. Its a nice break from Spicy Ahi which has been my go to forever at every other poke spot on the Island. Paradise is the only play I know that does a Salmon truffle and the lil bits of sea asparagus really help break up the texture of this poke. Flavors great and the fish is very fresh. A lot of my co-workers recommended this place and I finally got the chance to try it! ***What I ordered ~ **1 Scoop Poke (Spicy Ahi), Sushi Rice, Cucumber & Ginger Side (7/10) ~ Honestly, it wasn't good nor was it bad. I kind of wish they gave a little more since my bowl is around $18 (ish) for 1 scoop of poke. Which is average now?? Honestly, the sauce was creamy and had a nice kick. Been here 2x for weekday lunch take out. Each time i went, i get different kinds of poke. Havent been disappointed. It's a take out only place and parking is not a problem. Service has been great in the 2x i visited. Will always go back.
