Don’t bother reserving a table. They still make you wait 15 min at the entrance.Went with wife and kid at 3:45 and we still waited for a table while 10 people dining inside max😂.receptionist very very poor( dragging her feet)but the girl who served us was very good considering she was the only one I saw on the floor. The place could use some freshening up or deep clean specially the couches. Looks like last time something was done to the place was in the 60’s-70’s( you can tell by the smell ) apart for all this food was decent
1 waitress for a whole bunch of tables the steak was good. Got the bill before desert and the appetizer was burnt so got that after main course would go else we
Came here to treat ourselves out and it was well worth it. We were seated and even though it was busy our server was not rushed, and the food came out perfectly on time! The food was delicious and perfectly portioned, steaks were cooked to temperature came out hot. Our server Joe was very attentive, knowledgeable and kind. A well deserved 5/5 stars, I would highly recommend this restaurant for a great overall dining expierence!
We ordered online, and I was super excited to try it.
Unfortunately, I was quite disappointed. The lobster was overcooked and rubbery, as was the shrimp. The potato skins we got were burnt, and the ratio of potato to cheese was kind of crazy (30% potato 60% cheese lol). The mashed potatoes were bland, and the Mac and cheese was dry and half cold.
Wow; sometimes, you just ono for one good steak. This is the place. It's been here for more than 2 decades, which speaks volumes of Aloha, Ohana, service, quality, and ambiance. It's still good to place on the islands.
Got a mushy rib eye steak with mushy lobster tails. My husband's sirloin steak was cooked better and was half the cost. Will never ever go back. Used to be my go to. But my meal was horrible.
My family ordered 4 different steak meals (top sirloin, New York strip, ribeyes) here and it was just awful. The steaks came out burnt, but when you cut into them they were definitely not cooked right. We tried to eat them, but they were mostly fat. It was so chewy and mushy that it was hard to stomach. On top of the fact the only thing you could taste was the grill. No flavor whatsoever in any part of the meal. Mashed potatoes were bland and cool. Definitely not worth the money spent here. Our waitress stopped back by our table about ten minutes into eating because we had all stopped and asked if we wanted to-go boxes…HARD pass. No thanks. That was almost $200 wasted. If you are looking for a nice steak dinner, this isn’t it.
Expensive and steaks and mushy and nothing but fat! Do not recommend!
Corey K was our server and he was AWESOME.
Kid-friendliness: It had fresh sliced avocado which my grand daughter loves

Went here for Veteran's day to get their deal, which was very generous (free 6oz steak dinner). The food was alright, but very expensive for what you got. For example, my $20 6oz steak dinner just had the meat, unseasoned mashed potatoes and seemingly unseasoned broccoli.
I got the loaded fries for $17 (pictured) and the portion size is NOT worth the price and I can't suggest you get it. Also, they only have 3 beer options (Coors, Bud Lite and a local brand), but tons of liquor options.. So if you're a beer drinker, just be aware.
Overall the service was great, but for the price vs what you get, I might just come back whenever there's another Veteran's day deal.

We had 7pm reservations on Sat night... waited 15 min to be seated. Our waitress was very nice but was not attentive enough. After 30 min of waiting for our food we were starving and hadn't seen our waitress so asked random waiter for complementary bread. About 35 min later our food finally came. Food was okay but experience was terrible. Not impressed ?

My first dining experience at Black Angus Steakhouse was absolutely fantastic. Our server, Megan, went above and beyond to ensure we had a great time. Her friendly and bright demeanor, combined with the rest of the staff's exceptional service, made the evening unforgettable. I was not expecting such a great experience, but I am definitely looking forward to my next visit. Thanks again.

Great place for a good meal. We got tired of coconut shrimp for four days on Waikiki beach and wanted a good steak meal.

I usually like this place. I think their molasses bread is one of my favorite breads of any restaurant. On this night, I ordered my prime rib rare and the best they could do was give me a prime rib that was medium. My son ordered a medium rare and he got a medium to medium well piece. If they didn't have it, we could have changed our selection. None the less, we were disappointed with our meat.
