Went here for Veteran's day to get their deal, which was very generous (free 6oz steak dinner). The food was alright, but very expensive for what you got. For example, my $20 6oz steak dinner just had the meat, unseasoned mashed potatoes and seemingly unseasoned broccoli.

I got the loaded fries for $17 (pictured) and the portion size is NOT worth the price and I can't suggest you get it. Also, they only have 3 beer options (Coors, Bud Lite and a local brand), but tons of liquor options.. So if you're a beer drinker, just be aware.

Overall the service was great, but for the price vs what you get, I might just come back whenever there's another Veteran's day deal.

We had 7pm reservations on Sat night... waited 15 min to be seated. Our waitress was very nice but was not attentive enough. After 30 min of waiting for our food we were starving and hadn't seen our waitress so asked random waiter for complementary bread. About 35 min later our food finally came. Food was okay but experience was terrible. Not impressed ?

My first dining experience at Black Angus Steakhouse was absolutely fantastic. Our server, Megan, went above and beyond to ensure we had a great time. Her friendly and bright demeanor, combined with the rest of the staff's exceptional service, made the evening unforgettable. I was not expecting such a great experience, but I am definitely looking forward to my next visit. Thanks again.

Great place for a good meal. We got tired of coconut shrimp for four days on Waikiki beach and wanted a good steak meal.

I usually like this place. I think their molasses bread is one of my favorite breads of any restaurant. On this night, I ordered my prime rib rare and the best they could do was give me a prime rib that was medium. My son ordered a medium rare and he got a medium to medium well piece. If they didn't have it, we could have changed our selection. None the less, we were disappointed with our meat.

Food was great.

We ordered the feast for 2 and the one for solo feast. Feast for 2 includes 1 starter, 2 entrees, 4 side picks and 1 dessert. Solo feast includes 1 starter, 1 entree, 2 side pick and 1 dessert.

Steak were great and cooked to perfection. Salmon is very tasty as well. The big mountain fudge is a must!

Our server is very friendly and attentive.

We had a reservation at 7:30pm. We were seated within minutes after. Our Server came to our table fast and took our order for drinks. We got our drinks shortly after. We ordered our food. The appetizer came quick, then shortly after our entree. The food was prepared correctly. Very satisfied with the food and service.

Reservations were for her birthday, which, for some reason, the waitress didn't get. The main entrées took about 45 minutes to get to our table. Requested Additional bread, which took additional 25 minutes for that to come. The kids meal arrived within 15 minutes, but that's only chicken strips and french fries. They only seem to be one waitress on duty for the entire restaurant. When she came to the table and drop the check off, I asked her about the birthday and she said no one ever told her about the birthday so we were entitled to a cookie with ice cream which he huffed said well that's gonna take about 8 to 10 minutes to cook. After that time at past, I requested it to be taken out. She huffed again and said well now I have to tell them that it's gonna be takeout. It's gonna take even longer. I understand her frustration since she was the only one on duty doing anything But it seems like your hostess just stands around doing nothing making it seems like she's important enough not to do anything and then I see this roaming floor manager I assume wasn't doing anything. Upon receiving our entrées, which were the trio for two I noticed my asparagus was like tiny little grass hairs. The shrimp tasted like it was dipped in oil, but never dried so a little saturated overall, the meal was ok. I guess I expected since the meal took that long it would be piping hot. The plates were extremely hot. The food was not. So I don't know are they cooking plates or just heating plates up in the back making it seem like food is coming out on time I don't understand why there's a 45 minute back when the restaurant was nearly empty.

We went to celebrate a birthday that night. I hope this was an isolated incident. Almost each meal was late. There was 4 of us, two of us ordered clam chowder for a side. We were told that the bread and clam chowders was being made so we had to wait. We all ordered ribeye. When the server brought out the order each of us didn't have the right order. This never happened before. Finally the dessert was slow too. We went into be seated about 8pm, we left about little after 10pm. I didn't blame the server, he was great and he did the best he could so I assume it has to be the kitchen. Like Isaid this never happened before and hope it won't happen again because this is our go to place. Thank you
