My party of 5, all of our steaks were cold!!!!!!! Manager was nice enough to take off the cost for our appetizers. But this is the 2nd time in a month that the experience was TERRIBLE!! We already deleted our reward member app on our phones. I believe they are just TOO WAY UNDER STAFF

When they ran out of their awesome Lobster Fritters the manager promptly said he'd make a new batch which were delicious!! Love everyone in this neighborhood gem!!!Mahalo for each and every worker who I've always seen giving >100%,always with a smile. Awesome teamwork with aloha. This is why we keep coming back and not to mention great specials ,and drinks.

I was happy to book there for my 15year old son got the celebration pack and sing happy birthday and the food was delicious I will return for every special occasion thank you

The service was alow due to under staffing. Food orders were really messed up. The steaks were not cooked as ordered. There was much confusion about who ordered what. Just not like it used to be.

I had reservations but waited 15 minutes to be seated. Only two other families were waiting. There were more than 10 tables that were empty. Food was good and service was slow. Bread did not come out until 20 minutes after being seated. Wagon Wheel came quickly but fried zucchini took 30+ minutes and came out after our dinners came out. By then, ate the dinner and skipped the zucchinis. Also, I did not understand why I could not use the Campfire meal discount but I did not want to argue with the server.

To be honest.... This was probably the worst experience we've had since we started coming here. The waiter was okay didn't seem like he was having a good day. He did however keep my drink filled so that was a plus. But my main issue was that the food was constantly cold... and my prime rib was definitely on the medium well/well side of being medium.... Really upsetting. Maybe they just had a bad night all around. It definitely won't kill my vibe and I'll still come back but just hope for better.

Checked in and got seated within 10 minutes. We got a booth so it was pretty quiet and cozy. Mike was our waiter and he always delivers great customer service. Yes, this was second or third time having him as our waiter. Took our order and took care of us throughout our time there. Food was hot and delicious. Thanks again!!!

Our waitress was excellent and attentive. She was always there anytime we needed her. The quality of the food was excellent and we will go again and again. Thank you Black Angus aka Cattle company. Much Mahalo Mui Lia!

The food is always excellent and the price is right. Being a rewards member always makes the experience even more of a value. The service is always excellent there too. The interior is starting to get a little dated and worn. The carpet in the high traffic area, is starting to turn black and the placard on our table, advertising the brunch must have been touch by a hundred people, as the edges were very worn.

Our server was very attentive and friendly. Our food was served promptly and enjoyable. Great experience!

Steaks took a little bit too long to cook and we waited at least 20 to 30 minutes to be ready

The lobster tail and steak were awesome really enjoyed my meal and the server was really on it

We celebrated my mom's birthday for lunch w/5 people. Our male waiter was great. He was 5 stars. However, while we were eating, another old blond waitress came by to put a salt shaker on our table. I was in the act of spoon feeding my disabled spouse... balancing the food on the fork while trying to put it into his mouth. This rude inconsiderate waitress... reached right in-between me an my spouse and pushed her arm in front of my face to block me while I was reaching over with the fork in my spouses' mouth. I could NOT see him and turned my head to look at her arm as she did NOT say sorry or excuse me. Why couldn't she have gone on the other side of my spouse???? Why couldnt she wait???? THIS WAS VERY UNPROFESSIONAL, RUDE, UNACCEPTABLE, & SELFISH. She could have put the salt shaker on the other side of the table. No one asked for the salt shaker... she just decided to interrupt us. I hope the management does something to stop this stupid inconsiderate behavior from poorly trained servers.

We always enjoy Black Angus! We went there for our anniversary Monday. Our res was for 60m. We got there a few minutes early and were seated immediately. Our server was there in short order and back with bread in just a couple minutes. Then our drinks arrived. Then our appetizers, and before we were half way done with the appetizers our entrees were delivered. Everything was great...except one of the two lobster tails I ordered looked a bit ragged and smaller than the other. That's why I didn't give 5 stars. But everything was delicious.

We had a big party and we're comfortably seated in the back where it was nice and quiet. Corey K was an excellent waiter and took care of us as though we were family. We ordered 4 Campfire Feasts and they were awesome. Plus we could upgrade our salads to Caesar and has filet Mignon, ribeye, ribs, and prime rib. For starters, we ordered spicy buffalo chicken tenders, fried zucchini, & 2 sampler platters. They did not disappoint. Plus the mud pies, Big mountain fudge cake, & 2 complimentary delicious chocolate chip cookies. We ended up rolling out of there. We will be back! Thanks to excellent service by Corey K and the great food!!!
