Give Me Sum Pearl City

We celebrated my mom's birthday for lunch w/5 people. Our male waiter was great. He was 5 stars. However, while we were eating, another old blond waitress came by to put a salt shaker on our table. I was in the act of spoon feeding my disabled spouse... balancing the food on the fork while trying to put it into his mouth. This rude inconsiderate waitress... reached right in-between me an my spouse and pushed her arm in front of my face to block me while I was reaching over with the fork in my spouses' mouth. I could NOT see him and turned my head to look at her arm as she did NOT say sorry or excuse me. Why couldn't she have gone on the other side of my spouse???? Why couldnt she wait???? THIS WAS VERY UNPROFESSIONAL, RUDE, UNACCEPTABLE, & SELFISH. She could have put the salt shaker on the other side of the table. No one asked for the salt shaker... she just decided to interrupt us. I hope the management does something to stop this stupid inconsiderate behavior from poorly trained servers.

We always enjoy Black Angus! We went there for our anniversary Monday. Our res was for 60m. We got there a few minutes early and were seated immediately. Our server was there in short order and back with bread in just a couple minutes. Then our drinks arrived. Then our appetizers, and before we were half way done with the appetizers our entrees were delivered. Everything was great...except one of the two lobster tails I ordered looked a bit ragged and smaller than the other. That's why I didn't give 5 stars. But everything was delicious.

We had a big party and we're comfortably seated in the back where it was nice and quiet. Corey K was an excellent waiter and took care of us as though we were family. We ordered 4 Campfire Feasts and they were awesome. Plus we could upgrade our salads to Caesar and has filet Mignon, ribeye, ribs, and prime rib. For starters, we ordered spicy buffalo chicken tenders, fried zucchini, & 2 sampler platters. They did not disappoint. Plus the mud pies, Big mountain fudge cake, & 2 complimentary delicious chocolate chip cookies. We ended up rolling out of there. We will be back! Thanks to excellent service by Corey K and the great food!!!

The only decent worker who had customer service skills was our waitress. From the manager down to staff seating you, they were rude and unable to cope with issues they were facing due to how busy it was last night. We had 6:30 reservations, and were not seated till 7:15. There was no apology from anyone. It was the most horrible dinner we experienced. We had to wait for drinks, our food, our bill. There was a problem with the sour cream in one of the dishes, and the meal was returned. The bill finally and we weee not credited for the meal that was returned. Then we had to wait again. When we left at 9:30, there was hardly anyone there. It was a miserable evening for all of us.

Did the bourbon experience at Black Angus Pearl City. The food was decent and the 3 bourbon drinks were very interesting cocktails. Good bang for your buck. The only downsides were very slow service. Waited for at least 15 minutes after finishing the entrees until we finally received the dessert, and then another long wait to finally get the bill. Also, the entrees were cool - apparently sitting on counter a long while before getting to table. I probably will do another experience dinner only if it's a meal really high on my priority list. The service was courteous, but just too slow.

Food was very good - we liked the grilled salmon. Food was served at a nice, leisurely pace. Noise level was okay -with just a few occasional screams/shrieks from kids at other tables.

Most of the time the food has been cooked correctly. However, on this visit, the Ribs and Chicken combo was not up to perfection - the ribs had a hard bark and the chicken was dry and tough. But the clam chowder was on point. The Creme Brule was a tasty custard - it needed to have set more, and the Cheese Cake was not like a normal cheesecake in my opinion. Our server did a good job and was patient when we were ordering.

Our waitress, Kody, was so very friendly and efficient. Checked in us several times during our meal. Great service! Terry also checked with us whenever she passed. Wow. They really work together to provide a great experience!

This was my first time here but I definitely will be back! The camp fire meals were fun to build and our server was just the most awesome. Food is cooked perfectly and not expensive. &You can taste the quality in everything. You know they really care about the value here. Free parking, delicious hot bread, crystal clear water that you can taste it's pure, so much value in one restaurant. With the added bonus of amazing staff and comfortable surroundings. Mahalo Kimie and all the staff here!!

Went here for an anniversary, supposed to be a great place to eat. Unfortunately i spent nearly $100 for an unseasoned and cold steak which took nearly an hour to get. Our entire meal was cold and unseasoned. The only good part was our waitress she was very nice.

As usual, our server Kirsha was outstanding! The rest of the service staff was also GREAT!! Dirty plates were removed right away and water refilled Food was also delicious! Mahalo to the staff

The dining area by the bar smells of mildew and mold and several of the booths have seriously torn upholstery. Looks terrible. The food and service was good, but they need to upgrade that dining area. The main dining area is better.

Another great experience. Thank you for a delicious meal. I had the filet mignon and my husband had the ribeye. It was a good lunch with little leftovers. The green salad being one of the sides I hoped however to be larger then the portion we received today. If we are paying approx $35.00 for lunch, be sure the sides are a generous portion.

Good food and great company but they were under-staffed. The servers were few and far-between. When they could/did come by, they were very polite and made sure to meet our needs, things took a while though. Not their fault. I was celebrating my B-day and they comped me a dessert, which was really nice of them.

After a long and tiring weekend, I wanted a good place to go and actually be served a nice steak dinner. I enjoyed my prime rib, and it really hit the spot. Our waitress was busy but kind to us and the table's around us.
