The waitress was great but we waited over an hour for our food. They blamed it on only having two cooks. When I read the other reviews, this seems like it's not a new problem. It also seems like the restaurant or management doesn't care that it's a problem either. A discount should at least be taken off the final bill to compensate for lack of service. It's not fine dining and shouldn't take that long for pancakes and eggs.

Came a little before 9 on a Sunday. Not extremely busy but for some reason took a while for the server to come and take the order (including drinks). She brought out the water and chocolate milk. More than twenty minutes later she brought out the food (didn't check on us or anything), which my daughter's pancake was cold and my food was nasty. I had to flag her down to tell her the cream cheese didn't taste right.

Waited 30 mins to be served. We crossed the street to Pancakes and Waffles. Excellent service! We waited not even 3 mins and we have all our food in our table with fresh ingredients and local eggs. Love the smile in the face of the people serving in Pancakes and Waffles.

The absolute worse experience, it’s no wonder they have such low rating, should have checked on that before. The food took 1 hour to come out not even correct order and not complete, the service was nonexistent. We ended up leaving we were so late for our tour. The new manager didn’t wanna talk to us didn’t offer a clear solution, we only got 3/5 plates, food got cold and other plates didn’t even come. The waitress didn’t check on us, the restaurant was EMPTY when we got there go figure. Save yourself a ruined breakfast on your vacation. Someone WITH GOOD EXPERIENCE AND COSTUMER SERVICE should take over. By the way, there were more waitresses than costumers, they were walking around and sitting around I counted at least 8 bumping into each other empty handed waste of money on salaries.

Went here on Veterans Day with my service dog and they denied us entry solely because there were lots of people. Never have I been denied entry to a public place with him before despite it being crowded. He is very well trained and goes under the table where I am so this was not a valid reason to not let us dine here. Don’t recommend this place and its personnel were not polite or inviting.

Our server, Holly, was great. She was friendly and helpful. It was my wifes birthday, and Holly was kind enough to comp my wifes biscuits and gravy dish! So awesome and such a blessing.

I think they were short cooks, so our food came out really late.
The server, Bella, provided great tableside service. The back out the house however could use some managerial help. We order at 1030, but didn't receive our food until 1158. The only reason we didn't leave was because it was a celebratory breakfast after my daughter's soccer game. She was so hungry, she began to cry at the 1 hour waiting mark. She didn't want to leave though, so I went to the car to get her a snack. When the food came out, the temperature was good, and my daughter enjoyed her chocolate smiley pancake. My omlette tasted good, but it was sloppily thrown into the plate.

We were seated in a section with a gentleman. I sat there for at least 10 minutes as he walked past me a dozen times not once acknowledging me. Another server GIGI notice and asked to be our server. GIGI was the reason we stayed. GIGI took excellent care of us.
The kitchen has clearly got some issues as it takes a ridiculous amount of time for food to come out. The food however was hot a delicious.
Thanks so much GIGI for turning our crappy experience into a good one.
