We went to the drive through and payed they didn’t give us our card we payed with, not even 10 minute going back to get my card there were already 2 cards above my card as we were watching them look for my card.

the worst Jacks. Don’t come here especially at night or you’ll waste at least 30 min in the drive through. NYE is no different. Spent 30 min in line because they took at least 10-15 min for each fricken car. Plus there’s at least 5 of them working.

Did 2 mobile orders both orders were wrong.
Tried to call and get it fixed someone answered and I told them I wanted to speak to a manager about wrong items. Then person hangs up on me.
Make a complaint in app thinking I’d get a refund and didn’t. Food all went to waste as it was not all there but they will replace what they want.
Honestly won’t recommend going there and if you do check everything even if you are holding up the line. Beats throwing away the food as it doesn’t taste good missing something.

Never had a bad experience till now. My friends and I went to Jacks, their card reader was down (which was okay) so we did a mobile order to still be able to use our card. Said it was gonna take 7-9 minutes (because they were small orders). Waited about 30mins then went to ask the time for the orders , they didn’t even start or print out our orders. Mind you people came in to order 20 minutes after us and got their order before us and the drive thru customers were going through just fine. We then waited 30 more minutes for our orders to be ready…The food is always bomb but service is wack.

Very poor customer service. In store customers were ignored to prioritize drive thru. 15 minutes go by and not one person came to the register to take orders or even acknowledge customers. Don’t waste your time.

1. Door is broken on one side of the restaurant near parking so you have to go all the way around.
2. Inside smells like a nursing home/old person’s house/urine. Overall the place just didn’t seem clean even though I think it is recently updated.
3. Service was Slow. Not sure if the employees just have very low IQ or just don’t care. Got my order wrong. It was painful.
4. Once I got the correct food, the smash burger was good.
5. They have cherry ? Coke, which is my favorite.

They need to learn how to count! Ordered a 7 piece jalapeno pepper and got 6, on every order! We ordered 4. Naturally they got away because it was the drive through! Should charge them with theft by deception....

Do yourself a favor and read recent reviews.

If you're still desperate enough, carefully check your carryout order when you receive it and BEFORE you leave the window. Your order might be incomplete. And good luck trying to get your money back. I've even corresponded with corporate to no avail.
