The last 3 times I have been here it has been a horrible experience, this was our final attempt. The waitress was rude, We ordered pancakes, & 2 breakfast platters. We specifically asked for whole eggs for the scramble, and scrambled hard they served it raw, when asked for them to redo the waitress rolled her eyes grabbed the plate and went to the counter where the grill was She asked the cook permission and she said that she would redo. They brought the plate out to us and this time used an egg substitute. We asked for our bill and made sure that she took off the pancakes since it was never served to us. We got up and left, and left the entire platter of eggs on the table. This gives local businesses a bad name, especially when you are paying high prices during this time! This establishment makes you jump through hurdles to make things right when they screw up. I do not recommend anyone to go there! I do not want management to contact me, I don’t want anything for free! I just want for people who spend money on going out to eat to choose wisely so they don’t throw their money away.

Food is ono… but they need a bathroom or at least an area for guest to wash hands.

This bakery is so splendid. The ambience, the service, and the food is amazing. It's prepared with love and care, and our server was so smiley. The baked goods are so yummy. I highly recommend this place.

Roxanne obviously can't handle the am rush on mother's day she was rude she wanted my order right away and I said not quite ready and when I was ready she raised her voice , Wait! I can only do one thing at a time she said kinda loud when all I asked was the waffle I'm sorry I love the place though just not the rudeness of waitress

We used to love Liliha Bakery-Pearl City. We come here once a month to spend time with our ohana. However, we won’t be coming back because of their rude server, Roxanne. She treated us unwelcome while we were so nice with her. We were polite when ordering and even said thank yous’, but she gave us straight face and attitude. She never checked up on us. We even had to call another server to make a to-go order and she looked pissed that we asked another staff, and just handed over the bill to my aunt while I was still eating. When my aunt was going to get the check the bill, she said, “You will check it?!” Excuse you, Roxanne. You’re so rude and we have the right to check our bill to make sure everything was punched correctly. On the top of that, we waited for 40 minutes for our to-go and when we asked her if it’s done, she looked frazzled and grabbed the to-go bag. Geez. I can’t blame my infant for being fussy because we had to push his nap time waiting for a 40-minute to-go food. I don’t know where is her consideration. We are still nice for giving her tip because we are not like her. So, watch out for some servers who has attitude.

They actually have great servers there including Rea.

Ordered a blood rare steak to go, got home and the ny strip was well done...

I'm giving 4 stars for food because they only have regular syrup for the pancakes. They didn't have ONE single option of a sugar free substitute. So if you're diabetic or don't want to eat hundreds of empty calories, bring your own syrup 🙄

Fried chicken was juicy and crispy.

I order from here regularly. I enjoy the steak and shrimp plate. Typically order dinner out. However, I dined in for breakfast a couple times and had a lovely time. Great service and food. I recommend this place.

One thing I would like to say...one of the staff at the front desk was rude to my wife... whispering in Ilocano as she was speaking...it seems as the front desk was mocking her and was disrepectful.

Coco puffs are amazing! As are cream puffs.

Went there on Wednesday about 830p. Lots of free parking. Friendly and quick service. Got a variety of donuts... mochi ring, glazed, chocolate cake, cinnamon cruffin (croissant muffin), and obviously coco puff. Really like mochi and coco puff. Others were ok, but greasy. The cruffin was my first time tasting...it's OK. Liliha is always one of my go too and i refer to tourist to visit for the coco puffs. I will always go here when I'm in the mood.

This review is for the bakery. We haven't gotten a chance to eat at the restaurant yet, though it sure looks good. Remember to grab a number while your figuring out what you want from the cases. We got some cupcakes for my child's birthday. According to the kiddos, they were good. I enjoyed a cruffin that had a good amount of cinnamon and fluffy/flaky layers. The sugar had caramelized and slightly hardened at the bottom which added to added another enjoyable texture. Nice place and good staff.
