It’s the only fast food I’ll eat and I don’t eat fast food often, maybe once a month or if my nieces visit from Big Island then we have to go haha! The line seemed long when I pulled up but a girl was outside taking orders super efficiently and the line moved quick! The crinkle cut chips and crispy chicken are pretty yummy!

I had never heard of Raising Cane's and they were a pleasant surprise as a lunch stop. Selling only chicken fingers is somewhat odd, but I guess it works for them. They were good chicken fingers too, but I wouldn't say they were the greatest ever or anything like that. That said, if I wanted chicken fingers specifically they're the place I would go to.

It's like the place was being run by kids this time. Had to repeat the order but still got the wrong drink. Anyway, should always have an adult around to do QA. Chicken coating was falling off, second line wasn't open till the street was being blocked..having fun is okay but keep your focus.

Enjoyed the chicken "fingers" (more like tenders) in 2 of the Cainac meals. Service was excellent and the restaurant was constantly being kept clean. I would go again and highly recommend. Their dipping sauce is amazing too.

Y'all need to do a better job!
- My experience: I ordered caniac combo with extra fries and no coleslaw. When I got home, I realized I only have four chicken strips instead of 6. I just want to eat and get what I paid for. THIS IS NOT THE FIRST TIME THIS HAPPENED!
Ordered my dinner here tonight and the ENTIRE ORDER WAS WRONG ALL THE WAY DOWN THE WRONG DRINKS! Seriously! Nothing was correct and when I called and spoke to the manager Tawnie, she tried to remain professional but just sounded irritated with me! Hello! Do your job right and get your workers to do their job right! Never again!

Mehhhh. There are better locations, like Kapolei. They forgot my texas toast, luckily we are inside so I was able to go to the counter to lmk and get one. Also ordered a chicken sandwich but there was no lettuce, they were completely out!

This is a great place because the people, service, food, and dining area cleanliness are so nice. We come here weekly because of these things. Rarely does this restaurant fail to deliver on these things, although it does happen.

My wife and I stopped by for a very late dinner, around 11PM. Her and I have about 20 years of customer service experience between the two of us.
I can safely say that this is probably the best location we’ve been to. The food was made to perfection. The customer service was immaculate. We walked in and got a warm welcome. Our order was taking quickly and efficiently.
Everything was incredibly clean. There was lady walking around doing cleaning tasks but was also engaging with customers while doing so. Typically you’d expect most hospitality businesses see a down turn in motivation and professionalism closer to closing but not here. It was as if they had all just started their shift.
Our experience tonight tells me that this location is easily the gold standard for raising canes as a company. I hope many blessings come to the two nice ladies who took our order.
