Ordered online. Out of 7 items ordered, 3 were incorrect and 1 not delivered at all. Of the 3 incorrect, one taco was put unwrapped into the bag. So 3 correct items ordered in all.

I order online using the app after checking online the business hours which say they close at 10pm. once i arrive there at 8:05 pm, the doors are locked and it takes me 4 attempts to get in touch with somebody after calling the store. Then they tell me their dining room closes at 8 pm instead of 10 pm but haven't updated their hours or have any business hours posted on the front door or window reflecting that. im told they are not "allowed" to open the doors after 8pm even for an online order and they are not able to cancel an order on their end, instead i have to call a 1 800 number to get in touch with somebody who can process a refund for me. mind you, the drive thru line is very long, well past popeyes and hardly moving. long story short, the manager/owners need to be held accountable for giving people inaccurate information and not doing their part in practicing good community service. i sat in that drive thru line after having to circle around the block for an hour 15 minutes.Parking: they have about 13 parking stalls. the last 2 stalls occupied i guess by the workers at the establishment.

OMG!!!!!!!! They lucky I couldn't rate even worst than the 1 star!!!!!!!!I walk in, order a 4ct chicken taquetos for $4........ that's what my rewards was...... so I show the lady my phone and she says that's only for the app. I gotta do the app. I tell her this is the app. Can she show me what to do next..... she grabs my phone and starts to look at it then another customer walks in and she immediately puts down my phone and begins to serve the other customer....... Im standing there ...., looking streight at her then say I was here 1st.... Why are you helping her, the other customer? Because she Filipino? I'm Filipino too, half, even though I look more on the hawaiian Haole side. She dosnt say a thing. 1-2 minutes go by im still standing there looking at her and looking at the Filipino lady that she's helping (who I know herd what I said) then another worker walks behind her and she tells him to show me how to do the order on the app. He picks up my phone, I tell him that that is the app. He stars clicking any kine on my phone....... Im trying to watch what he's pressing but he's jus going back and forth then he says the app isn't working. He tells his manager if she can help, something is wrong with the app....... Manager says no, that's not her job, she dosnt do that and walks away. So now the guy that was trying to help me says I don't know.... I can just ring you up on the register, So I said ok. Then he says $8.39. I said what? The app says $4. He says i dont know.... $8.39...... I say you know what.... Just forget it. I don't want anything from here and walk out. ........... WTF!!!!!! Unbelievable!!!!!!!!! I wish there was another Taco Bell near me cause this racist one really sucks!!!!!!! Even worst cause I'm the dam same racist!!!!!!!!!!

It was my first time using the Taco Bell app. I was surprised and happy that they offered the Mountain Few Baha Blast. I ordered 2 large sodas. To my disappointment, Taco Bell Hawai'i does not offer that option even though it's on the app. I asked if the drink was going to be refunded, I was told to call the corporate office for a refund. My question, what else on the app is not offered in Hawai'i or a certain locations. Trust level is zero at this point.
