“They don't have a lot of the newly released items available, however they do have a few custom/local items I've never seen offered before. I once ordered a newer item on the app, and after arriving they told me they didn't have it. They were quick to offer me alternatives that were equivalent to the price I paid. Other than not having the item I originally wanted, I was quite pleased with my overall experience!“

“The yum chicken is the best chicken I've ever had in my life ! We come to Hawaii every year to visit family, and we are so glad that we came across Chicken and Brisket, it has become a staple for us to visit when we are on the island. the whole menu is amazing but the yum chicken is my personal favorite . “Inside of food hall of H-Mart. We tried the honey garlic wings. They were very good compared with similar eateries in California and here. The chicken was not doused with over abundant of sauce and the chicken remained crispy until the end. The service wasn’t bad, but the young man could be a bit more awake. “My husband and I spent 24 hours in Honolulu and discovered this wonderful Thai Bistro! The service was very friendly and attentive to our preferences. “First time I had been to Papa John's in years. The service was very good and they were quick with my order. I was pleasantly surprised. I had the Philly cheesesteak papadia. Loads of cheese, probably what I don't need, and plenty of green peppers and steak.

“Nice crew, but dated facilities. They are using the drive-thru cashier to accommodate customers dining in. It was so hot inside it had no AC, I wanted to eat inside but I just ate outside under the bus stop shade instead it was more cooler. “I live in kapolei, and never went to the pizza hut there because it was garbage. I recently started going to waiphau,since we don't have a pizza hut in kapolei at the moment. The pizza hut in waiphau is great! I order online and it's done on time. The gentleman that cashes you out is extremely nice and very hospitable. There's something special about how they make their pizza,it's very tasty. I go every Saturday after work and I'm always satisfied.“

“The excellent and speedy delivery from the Nanakuli Pizza Hut store has ALWAYS been consistent. Since we all worked and schooled from home since the lockdown, we utilized delivery from PH Nanakuli very often. Last night was the first time in a long time since we ordered. We had a pretty huge order so I was expecting our order to be awhile. When Noe called to say she was en route, I honestly was confused as to how they were able to be that fast. But, as always, the food was piping hot and fresh-tasting as usual!!!“

“Usually the Waipahu location is pretty good. Service, delivery, product. The only complaint I have is that when the garlic sauce is kept in the pizza box, it completely melts, lids unseal and leaks everywhere! The last couple times we requested the garlic sauces be kept separate, and it makes a huuuuge difference. Ordered online and put a note for the driver to keep them out of the box. The first 2 times I had the same driver and he paid attention and put it in a little plastic bag. It was perfect! It was like how it used to be! Thick and creamy, not just liquid. It was like when the pizza was just the insulated bags. (I know, I used to work there). Don't know what type of bags/containers are used now, but it must have something to keep it warm. Now it just melts the sauce into butter. This time the driver didn't read the note….and this is exactly why it should be kept separate. Please, PLEASE keep the sauces separate…for everyone l’s sake! Couldn’t upload the photos…They’re in the comments. This is literally in the time from getting it, to opening it and being disappointed 😏“
