By far the best ice cream sandwich I have ever had. I follow a low carb diet and consider myself pretty diligent to it. I allowed myself “one” cheat dessert on our recent trip to Hawaii and ended up eating a sandwich a night over the next 6 days. It was totally worth it!!

Just tried one of the ice cream sandwiches… OH MY GOD!!!!! Soft cookies and delicious ice cream. So many flavor combinations. If you see someone selling these do yourself a favor and buy everyone in your group one. You won’t regret it.

This has to be the best ice cream sandwich on the island. I’m definitely going to try every flavor. Ube was awesome, and the apple one totally taste like apple pie. Kind of wish they sold it at foodland but overall great ice cream sandwich

I finally gave in to the Honey Peanut Butter on Chocolate Chip Cookie sandwich, from the Hickam Shopette. The sandwich was delicious - soft and chewy cookie and the ice cream was a nice honey twist on normal PB ice cream. Great texture and size, good flavor - not too sweet, did not melt too quickly! And they are locally made - 5 stars!

Uncle's Ice Cream, THE BEST! We have been visiting the Island since October. Of everything Hawaiin We have tried - these are the BEST! We have tried many flavors and all are a hit! Thank you so much for a great product. The cookies are delicious and the ice cream always creamy. We will really miss them when we leave, Mahalo!

I always see Uncle’s Ice Cream sandwich’s being sold at the NEX. I’m always tempted by the pretty packaging and the tasty looking sandwich inside but I would refuse to get one...until today! I decided to celebrate with the Funky Monkey and it was absolutely delicious! Uncle’s Ice Cream sandwich’s will be my new way of rewarding myself every now and again!

Found this gem at the fall festival in Waikiki. An inch thick of ice cream sandwiched between two cookies. Amazing. Certainly worth the money.
I haven't tried a flavor that I haven't loved. Try one, try all, you won't be disappointed.
So delicious and you will never forget the flavor. Had tangy passion fruit that has stuck in my mind for 2 weeks. Time to eat another yummy one.
