I genuinely adore this cozy beverage shop! They offer a diverse range of drinks, including coffee, tea, and iced beverages. Their menu features unique options infused with guava, lilikoi, and passion orange--fruits indigenous to Hawaii. The shaved ice, their main spotlight, is especially delicious. My friend opted for the pineapple flavor, and after sampling it, I found it to be incredibly refreshing, with just the right amount of syrup--perfect for warm weather. The pricing is impressively reasonable. A large shaved ice costs less than $5! The staff is exceptionally friendly and welcoming. This spot is a fantastic pitstop on our way to the beach.

Also known as Island X Hawaii. First stop on our Grand Circle road trip, this came as a recommendation from Hawaii Traveler on YouTube. Came at 9:30 AM on a weekday, they were putting down asphalt on the driveway. We were directed to park on the other side. Got a little confused & thought it was closed for the day... walking back to the car, we passed by the owners just opening the doors for the day. Perfect timing. We were the first ones to enter. How lucky were we to have a little tour of the entire place. Don't get me wrong, this isn't something grand. Just a mom & pop shop, typical farm & small town vibes... we're here for it. Bill graciously took us around the property explaining how their coffee is made. Even had us taste the coffee "cherries". Inside, they also had chocolate tasting where we got to try a variety from dark to milk. Hot coffee samples too. Chocolates were on the pricier side but we could not leave without the toffee one! So. So. Good. Pretty big barn... used to be an old sugar mill factory which is now a gift shop. Nothing fancy, tons of knick knacks. I got their ube smoothie - so refreshing and not too sweet! Ice cream sandwiches were also good. Star of this shop is the owner, Bill. He is the sweetest and took the time to give us food recs all around the North Shore. Really friendly staff. We loved our time here.

Absolutely love this place. Not only do they give free coffee tastings and chocolate tastings, they have the cheapest ice cream on the island and a lot of souvenirs for you to take home to your loved one and little snacks that you can't get anywhere else. Just be wary of the

5 stars just for the dark chocolate bar here. If you like smooth fruity undertones, this is the one. They do offer short tours tours at the back to let you try the fresh cocoa and coffee. They offer tiny chocolate tastings where we discovered the amazing 70% chocolate bar. We will be back for the one pounder.

Also known as Island X Hawaii . This shop has so unique shave ice flavor . They offer samples of local coffee and chocolate. One of my favorite places to drop in and look for local souvenirs and trinkets. A must stop when visiting in the waialua area.

Great for a quick stop. The staff was very friendly and took the time to explain the process for roasting their coffee. They offered samples for both coffee and chocolate. My husband had to try the Lilikoi(Passion fruit) shaved ice and loved it.

Been here twice now, the last time was because traffic in haleiwa was crazy as usual. We were supposed to go to Matsumoto's (the usual) but to be honest this place is better quality, good price and no line. Cool location at the old sugar mill too, selling all sorts of souvenirs and coffee beans. Great customer service too, I recommend taking the short trip over here. You won't be disappointed.

The food was very delicious. We also really enjoyed doing the coffee tour. The staff and the service was great. It's a really fun place to walk around. They also had an outdoor movie playing that evening that we went. They have their own free parking lot which is nice too. It's also a really great place to buy Hawaiian souvenirs. They also have free coffee and chocolate tasting during their tour. I definitely recommend checking this place out if you are in the area. I also highly recommend getting the cookie ice cream sandwiches. It was so delicious!!

8-4-22 3 of us came yesterday as we were playing tourists before Doc left.Don't expect anything fancy like Waikiki but think old "country " store with coffee to sample, bric a brac and items you might possibly find in a typical "tourist trap."You never know, you might find something that just calls out your name.Love that restroom facilities albeit plantation style are available in back of the shop in case you need to go.We come for the organic favored shave ice syrups. Our go tos are coffee and chocolate.Have never seen it super busy but individuals to tourists in around the island vans may visit. It's on a back road so using Yelp directions will get you here.Have never run into them before but beware the cats. The cat noir( black cat) with illuminating yellow eyes scared me silly approaching me slowly, me retreating backwards slower and it kept advancing making a low sound- I wasn't going to risk a hiss or scratch. Later a calico one jumped on the chair I was sitting on and began to groom itself.Ok then... we enjoyed our shave ice then left for hot pot in Wahiawa.

The cashier offered a tour the moment we walked into the old equipment barn (now a nice gift shop). They dried coffee beans and other things in the back and we taste test several varieties of coffee and chocolate. This is definitely a tourist trap but a nice one to kill some time before heading out to the north shore beaches. The people were nice and we gave in and bought a bag of expensive coffee. We were paying for a pretty decent experience as well as supporting the local business after 2 years of painful pandemic period. It is not for everyone but we did enjoyed our short stop over.
