The Man, The Myth, The Legend. The Ahi Katsu buck stops here. Nothing can say that hasn't already been said. Follow on IG and get there early.

I went to find this place to eat as ive been there before. Mind you today is not a holiday and it is a day they were suppose to be there. Between 11 and 2. I went to site at 11a and 12 pm today Friday 11/19/21 they were not there. They dont even have current phone number to call. Waste time!!

The food here is amazing and always freshly caught. One of the girls that works here is very grumpy and is usually in a bad mood, so don’t take it personally. If you’re looking for the aloha spirit, this ain’t the place. If you’re looking for good food then they got you fam.

Booooooomb food!!!! But, my ratings low because i also look at customer service &it wasnt it. No aloha...IN MY OPINION. Maybe she was having a bad day but, when i go back& service is good ill be sure to change my rating. Also they didnt have change.

Best Ahi Katsu in Waialua hands down

Ahi Katsu, an ahi steak, breaded with panko to form a crispy crunchy crust and slathered with mayo and Katsu sauce, along with steamed white rice and tossed salad, for $13 is their speciality. Add a nice scoop of ahi poki with taegu (spicy Korean codfish strips) for $2. The plate is immense! Can share or save extra for later. Can get a large scoop of poki over rice for $10. Opens at 11:00 but come early because may sell out before closing. Truck days and location may vary so monitor their Instagram account for updates... waialuaslunchwagon_ for updates. The family that runs the truck is so nice and hard-working! Enjoy!
