This review is for the location in the Ocean Tower. The staff here this morning were great and super friendly. Despite being very busy and backed up on orders, the two açaí bowls and three drinks were delivered quickly and very well made. All were a hit with my family. Prices are what I would expect from a hotel coffee shop delivering this kind of quality, and with service like this I have no problem with paying it!

Coffee is very good! I still prefer island vintage, but this is very good and very convenient if you're staying at the resort Other things to note: Hours are very unpredictable Cute place to buy gifts (tshirts, totes, candles, etc.)

Friendly service and quality drinks! Gabby and Dimitris were very welcoming and energetic. He recommended an iced Ube Latte, loved it a lot. Nice view of the

Enjoyed a quiet moment getting my morning matcha fix and a little breakfast. Again it's pretty pricey here but I'm not surprised as the property is upscale. The servers were kind and friendly.

Iced Hawaiian latte is very sweet if you don't adjust the syrup pumps to a lighter load. The cup size is small for the price.

Ordered the original açaí bowl, a couple of pastries and 2 small coffees. With gratuity this set me back $50+, but average for both hotels in the Waikoloa area. Seating is limited, but pastry items tasted OK and the açaí bowl was very good.

The coconuts latte is delicious! The Acai bowls were good, I got the antioxidant bowl, and if it wouldn't have melted so quickly, I would give it a five star. It wasn't hot outside at all so I didn't really like that. It was a little bit of a wait Because it's one spot for everyone staying on this side of the resort, which is understandable. It is one of the only places open this early too so I appreciate that!

The iced Hawaiian latte with substitute with oat milk is life. I just wish it didn't cost so much. It was definitely worth $10 though. I order it every time come to visit . See y'all again soon

Coffee was lacking flavor and was one of the worst cups of coffee I e had and on top of it two drinks a one pastry 35$. Service was friendly and the reason for two stars instead of one.

Poor service (1/2 hour wait) Incompetent staff, bitter coffee, almost no food. This is what you get in an overpriced tourist trap with no competition.

Staying here at the Hilton resort ocean towers this is pretty much the only spot to grab coffee, tea, light snack, smoothie etc....the only reason I took off a star is because of how expensive it is for everything. I understand it's Hawaii but $17 for a tea and latte with tip is a little excessive. What I will say is how awesome and friendly the people are who work here. This place gets pretty busy in the mornings and despite that the staff is always smiling, friendly and they work there butts off to crank out the drinks and breakfast snacks. I have actually enjoyed watching the teamwork here and how well of a synchronized machine this is. For the coffees and tea have all been good. The one breakfast snack I had which was the fresh ham and cheese croissant was and is delicious. I would highly suggest getting this while the flaky croissant melts in your mouth the sweetness of the glaze mixed with the ham and cheese is a perfect start to the morning.

Simple; Coffee drinks done right. The beans are roasted to perfection, and make a very smooth cup of Joe. Will return again.

Great food. Complicated ordering system. Fine service. Nice outdoor ambience I would recommend this restaurant primarily because of the quality of the food.

Located in the ocean tower of the Hilton waikoloa village. I love that it's so convenient since it is inside of the resort so we're able to just grab a coffee from right outside our hotel room. The coffee menu is a little limited but they have smoothies and açaí bowls as well as fresh pastries to choose from. It can get quite busy/crowded so definitely go early in the morning to beat the rush. I went back a second time the next day and pastries were sold out by 11 am. Very quick, efficient and friendly service as well.
