The place is nothing special at all. The hostess needs to get a clue about customer service! Rude and doesn't care about customers. Two issues came up with us and another customer. She blamed everyone except herself. The menu is overpriced by at least thirty percent. A 7 oz fillet was $97, a normal high price in excellent steak houses are around $69. Left laughing at the arrogance.
From the moment we sat down, the dining experience was exceptional. The breadbasket was a delightful start, setting a high bar for the rest of the meal. The filet mignon was cooked to perfection, and the peppercorn-crusted ahi tuna was equally outstanding. The drinks were delicious and well-crafted, complementing the meal perfectly. The ambiance was truly special, with the soothing sound of ocean waves creating a serene and romantic backdrop. Overall, this restaurant offers a complete and unforgettable dining experience.
Cornelius was an exceptional server and was patient and informative. The view on a perfect night nearing the final 30 minutes of daylight over the pacific was absolutely breathtaking. The amberjack was the choice led by Cornelius' guidance to our question between choices. It exceeded the taste of my Lobster and was truly perfectly cooked. My lobster was very good and nicely cooked but the plain white rice accompanying it paled to the herb rice my wife had. The scallops were perfectly cooked but the seasoning and sauces were quite mundane to someone who lives in the hotbed of Cajun and creole cooking in Louisiana. The chocolate mousse was a wonderful treat to end the meal.
We had our 42 year anniversary and it was fantastic especially the top off with a anniversary lava cake to celebrate staff was very friendly open table made making the reservation with no problem
Decent food but over priced. A nice atmosphere but people were not dressed to match the vibe (numerous people in sweat pants and cut off shirts), very unfitting for a restaurant with plates that cost over 100 dollars. Specifically asked to get an outside table with our reservation but were sat inside, far away from where we requested. Had a nice time but would never return for a second meal.
I made a reservation for the restaurant in advance through the Platinum Concierge desk using my Amex card.
Terrace seats with a cliff in front of you.
Great location!
I think there are 20 seats on the terrace alone, but the one closest to the sea is the one that is closest to the sea.
I was seated on the terrace, so I was so excited just sitting there.
I had made a reservation for 5:30 pm and the sun was still high, so I decided to eat for a while.
I concentrated.
All the dishes are full of volume and delicious♪
The weather was nice, so I was able to see the sun setting right in front of my eyes.
I was happy.
When the sun sets, the sky turns pink, and soon the stars begin to twinkle.
I did.
The store clerks also talked to me with smiles and took photos with me.
The service was excellent.
It's fairly priced, and if you include tip, it's quite expensive, but if you're going to Hawaii, I definitely recommend it!
Wonderful and wonderful foods , ambience and our waiter , Bradley was an amazing and very attentive waiter. Our water glasses were constantly refilled ; the portions were huge (shareable ) . We got the best seat in the house to view the beautiful Sunset!! Highly recommended !!! And we will be back again!!!

If you go on the day without making a reservation, it will be difficult to eat at an outdoor table. It is recommended that you make a reservation and eat there 30 minutes before sunset. The sunset is really, really pretty. The market price for lobster is a little over $100. Be sure to eat scallops as a starter. It's honey. The dessert ice cake was also delicious.

My husband and I were on our 29 year, 36 years together anniversary vacation. We dined here for our anniversary. We had a 6:30 dinner reservation and were seated promptly by a nice hostess. My husband was promised a table right along the beach line, but we were not. He told them that as we were being seated. She said they had to switch tables with someone else. No reason given. That was disappointing. We were seated out side but not as promised on the beach line. We had an extremely nice and attentive server named Alfredo. He took the time to go over the specials and the menu. My husband really enjoyed his seafood. It was fresh and cooked perfectly. I ordered the chicken. It was a bit dry, but not terrible. You have to pay $12 for a bread basket. I think that's a little ridiculous. Any high end places we have ever eaten at, they give you a bread basket at no charge. The bread was very good though. Overall, it was a lovely evening as they gave us a free lava cake to celebrate our anniversary which I thought was very nice. It is overpriced, but it is a nice place for a special occasion.

I’ve been here a handful of times. Each time I’m not especially impressed with the food considering the price and the quality they advertise having. But it’s a resort restaurant so I’m not especially surprised. The view and location are pretty lovely so I would definitely recommend coming for a drink and a shared app. That being said the last time I wanted to make a to go order of an item they were out of night before. It took 3 phone calls to get ahold of the restaurant (right when they opened) and when the person answered they said they always have the dish available. Luckily, I knew that hadn’t been the case the previous night so I asked her to check. As luck would have it they had 3 orders left (this was only 10 mins after they had opened.) I requested a to go order and was told I had to come down and order at the bar and wait. The first issue is what if I come all the way down and they already sold those 3 orders. The resort is huge so getting to the restaurant can take a while. Also, on what planet does it make sense to ask a guest to wait while you prepare an order when you’re charging $25 for an appetizer. I did ask if they could make an exception as I was headed to the airport shortly and was told no. Most high end restaurants are able to make exceptions for small things to accommodate their guests.
Prior to this visit I had come for my first anniversary dinner with my husband and no notice or mention was made of this. Additionally, the food while not bad was probably the most expensive we had on the island and was easily our least favorite (this is compared to high, mid, and low end restaurants.)While this wouldn’t be a reason in itself to write a less than 5 star review I believe this coupled with this most recent experience is evidence that the service, food, value, and environment of this restaurant don’t live up to 4/5 stars.
*I did end up waiting for the item pictured which was 3 Pork Bao Buns. Sadly, they were not worth the wait or price. They were lacking in sauce (just the little bit you see drizzled on the top) and I think we’re supposed to have some sort of mayo or something but did not. The cabbage was soggy. The pork wasn’t bad but needed something to balance out the fattiness and richness. Would not recommend this dish.

We throughly enjoyed our table and dinner at sunset on the lanai. Highly recommended, expensive, but worth it. Service was a little slow but everyone wanted pictures and we'll this is island life. Slow is ok.

My wife and I ate here for our first meal on our honeymoon at the resort. We had the prosciutto wrapped mahi-mahi and the fresh catch.
It’s the fanciest restaurant at the resort with a great atmosphere. We had reservations and we sat on the edge of the seats along the ocean and it was beautiful! We got there right after sunset and there were some nice small table lamps on each table that gave a good ambiance.
Our waiter was very knowledgeable, and when he gave us the menus, he gave us a rundown of the most common questions he gets about a lot of what’s on the menu. We found this very helpful in picking out what we wanted.
We got margaritas with li hing mui powder rims and they were amazing! We picked up some of the powder later on in our stay at Queens Market grocery store. HIGHLY recommend this restaurant. The open hours left something to be desired, but I’m guessing it’s because we were there in September and it’s less busy than usual.

We went to this restaurant the first time the 11th and 12th of September. We got Linda as our server. She was so amazing and wonderful that we requested her the next night. We went 2 times this week. The 24th and 25th of September. And of course requested Linda again. Everyone was so nice and remembered us and welcomed us. The manager Denise was amazing also. Very nice and so great. Linda made our vacation. Best waitress we have ever had any where. We loved her. She went above and beyond to make our experiences wonderful. The food was fabulous every time. Linda is a true gem for your company. You are very lucky to have her. A big shout out to her please!!! The restaurant was awesome. We are twins and had a great experience every time. We went to the bar another night and had great food and service there too. Great restaurant!!! Loved it!!!!! Konstance Michalowski. (909)996-0302
