The little food court might not have the best ambiance but the food at los tres Mex was really good. Three of us chose to eat here and we all enjoyed it. The enchiladas were tasty. Service was just ok but being counter service it was not really a big deal.
This place has been in my rotation when I'm back home for ages and for good reason. Ever since they had a location whether in waikoloa or Waimea it's been nothing but greatness! My personal favorites still are the tres combo, burrito grande or any of the quesadillas. All of them hit like a bus and continue to be among the best on the rock can get. Food comes out super fast and how this place remains slept on I'll never know...
We have been coming here for YEARS and the food has always remained consistent and delicious. It's a family business, and the owners and their kids always make you feel like family. We're so lucky to have them in Waikoloa Village.
