I ordered Panang curry…very disappointed by the taste…it was too watery and the taste was subpar. The Thai ice coffee was decent.

Worst pad thai ever. Tastes like they missed key ingredients. Eat elsewhere, or maybe I just had terrible luck.

At Waikoloa and was sad to see that Charleys was closed. Decided to try Racha. It is a totally different atmosphere than Charleys in that it's in a food court but the food was good and portions were generous.
The Rain started pouring- buckets - as we got close to Racha.
Called to get directions to the cafe from the flooding parking lot...finally found the walk up and order "restaurant." The Food was off the charts. The four of us were very, very impressed. Ordered enough to take some home...Very impressed. Stopped to thank the Chef. Would return in a heartbeat...when it is not raining gallons...

On vacation and was sad that Charlie's closed and decided to try this place out. I don't think I would call it a thai restaurant.. Maybe a fusion restaurant of some kind. I ordered pad Thai and panang chicken. The dishes were a good portion and had nice presentation but flavors were not as expected. The pad thai was not pad Thai. It was some kind of noodle dish and brown sauce with a lot of vegetables and cabbage. I asked for this with tofu and the tofu came soft ..not fried like most restaurants would serve it. The panang curry had something missing...maybe fish sauce? It lacked the right flavor and also had cabbage in it, which wasn't good but wasn't terrible. I wouldn't eat her again for Thai food, but honestly, if it was marketed as some kind of fusion restaurant, it would probably nix a lot of poor reviews from Thai food afficionados. The food isn't terrible, but it just doesn't have the right flavor profiles matching actual Thai food.

Certified Gluten-Free! My wife has celiac and can’t eat out very often so this was a nice spot to visit while on vacation. I personally am not a huge Thai guy, but the food was quality, quick, and relatively inexpensive for Hawaii.
