This location is closed. They moved it to the Orchid marketplace by the Kona pool.
Great ice cream!
Cool, sour and sweet!
Dole fruit whips in many different flavors. Had the classic pineapple and watermelon. Very good. We also tried the shaved ice which was light and delicious.

Convenient located next to the saltwater lagoon in Hilton Waikoloa village, it’s perfect for some sweet treats after water activities. Restroom is right next door which is a plus.
Rude employees. Waited 10 minutes with no one in line to find out the stickers were wrong and they didn't have our flavors. Only 5 flavors. With 3 people behind the counter it would have been nice if someone acknowledged us.
My daughter got the chocolate ice cream on a sugar cone and ate every bit of it. I didn't try any of it but she said it was delicious. We sat down next to the dolphins and watch them swim and perform as we ate her ice cream
Shaka Cones is located inside the Hilton Waikoloa Village, right next to the lagoon and a Dolphin Quest. It’s adjacent to their restaurant Lagoon Grill. There’s nothing like having some ice cream or sorbet to reenergize after some fun in the waters, and this place does the trick. One comment though, the ice cream melts fast, so be sure to get the big waffle cone to hold it in. One time, our kids had Shaka Cones for lunch.... this is only allowed during vacation. But with their tropical flavors, it’s hard to say no. We parents had them for lunch too.
The ice cream was good, but portions were not generous given the cost. The flier we were given at check in said it was open until 8:00pm. We went at 7:29pm and the lady very rudely said they were closed.
