We had another fantastic experience at Duo Seafood & Steak! The best part was that our waiter, Tim, remembered us from our visit several months ago, which made us feel genuinely welcomed.
Even with a reservation, we only waited about 5–10 minutes for our table. Before we ordered, Tim told us about one of the new specials, which we really appreciated. The drinks were excellent, and all of the food was absolutely delicious.
There was a small miscommunication about the type of mac and cheese we wanted, but it was corrected immediately with no hassle at all. Tim was exceptional throughout the entire meal, checking on us often without ever being intrusive and making sure everything was perfect.
To top it off, the manager stopped by our table to ask how we were enjoying the food and the new menu item, which showed they truly care about their guests’ experience. Outstanding service, amazing food, and a team that goes above and beyond. We’ll definitely be back!

We had an amazing dinner at Duo while celebrating our honeymoon. The filet mignon was cooked to perfection and literally melted in my mouth. The croquette and mac and cheese were absolutely delicious, and every bite was incredible. The service was warm, attentive, and truly exceptional, and the beautiful view made the evening even more special. It was one of the highlights of our trip, and we're so grateful for such a memorable dining experience.

The oysters with pineapple sauce were fresh and delicious, the pork belly was perfectly cooked, and the steak with Béarnaise sauce was outstanding. Even the French fries were amazing! The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, making it a great place for families. Highly recommended for anyone looking for excellent food and a wonderful dining experience in Maui. I made a reservation for our family and unfortunately had to cancel the dinner reservation due to change in plans. I called the resort and cancelled more than 72 hours prior to the date reserved. I received a call from the restaurant requesting a call to confirm original reservation. I was confused about message left as I had already canceled the booking so I called them back to inform them that this was already taken care of. The staff who I spoke with said she talked to her manager and informed me that “they will let this slide this time however there was a miscommunication and the cancellation request was not relayed to the restaurant.”
The miscommunication was on their part and never from the customer so there shouldn’t be a “we will let it slide this time” as it was not the customer’s fault. Maybe train your staff on using better dialogue or verbiage when speaking with guests.
Definitely will be informing all family and friends of this experience. Super disappointing.

This is my second morning having breakfast here, and unfortunately, I’ll probably look for other breakfast options outside the hotel, since this is the only breakfast restaurant on the property.
I wanted to give it a fair chance, so I tried both the à la carte menu and the buffet. The food is average at best, more comparable to what you’d expect on a cruise ship or at an all-inclusive resort. It simply doesn’t feel like the quality one would expect from a Four Seasons property.
The service is also quite slow, and the staff often seem either distracted or overwhelmed. I don’t want to sound cheap, but the $60 buffet is not worth the price in its current form.
I hope improvements are made, as the hotel itself is otherwise excellent.

Very disappointing experience. Most seating is outdoors with no AC, which made the meal uncomfortable. During our meal, bird droppings landed directly on our table. For a restaurant at a Four Seasons property, this was unacceptable.
Everything that could go wrong seemed to go wrong during this stay, and DUO unfortunately added to the overall poor experience.

It was my wife birthday,Nice atmosphere and the mac and cheese was okay, but the rib eye steak was really disappointing. It was very chewy and not the quality I expected, especially for the price. I was looking forward to a good steak dinner, but unfortunately the steak missed the mark.
