Great service, good prices and quick drinks. Matcha is really pleasant, not grainy like some other places. Strong coffee and the espresso shots were nice and smooth, not very bitter.

Love love honolulu cookies. Whenever I have a chance to purchase I do. They have some new seasonal flavors pumpkin and ube. I'm not a fan of pumpkin so didn't buy that one. Staff very helpful in helping with decision making. We will be back.

Cookies are fair but not extravagant or decadent. I think this is more of a tradition than it is a quality item. Store clerks oftentimes are quite brusque and seem to look down on the tourist trade. There are plenty of other places that will give you a greater return on your dollar and treat you an awful lot better

Don't bother reading reviews—just go straight for their butter macadamia nut cookies and macadamia with chocolate chip cookies. They're worth every penny and every second of your time. The flavors are absolutely incredible—pure love in every bite. I was so impressed that I ended up buying a huge batch to take home with me. Trust me, you won't regret indulging in these delicious treats.

This place was located close to our resort which was nice so we stopped in so I could grab some cookies. They had some really good flavors and the cookies tasted quite fresh which is always a good thing. The nice thing is they allow you to choose your own assortment of flavors. One of the nice things is that we were able to pick a box in which all of our purchase price went to help those who live in Lahaina. Friendly service and great cookies make this place a can't miss if you need to satisfy your sweet tooth.

I made an honest mistake based off of a bit of a confusing system and now I have a bunch of cookies I don't like. Not the outcome I was anticipating from a company we originally really liked and raved about. Very disappointed.
