One of the best meals we have had in Hawaii. Don't skip this restaurant. John and Matthew made it an excellent experience and gave great recommendations. The octopus salad and watermelon salad are a must.

We had an excellent experience last night for our 28th Anniversary. Beautiful table overlooking the ocean, superb food - beet salad, watermelon salad, Huli Huli chicken and risotto with red crab - can still taste the dishes! The Monarch cocktail was one of the best mixes I've had - delicious. Outstanding service from John. Could not have made our experience any better.

Lovely setting at a fabulous resort. It was expensive but normal for Hawaii. We started with octopus salad which was wonderful. I had Mahi Mahi which was good but my husband's scallops were the star. Perfectly cooked which too often isn't the case.

The service was good and the restaurant is "nice". I do not remember the name of the cocktail I got but it was gin based, it was very good! But it was $22 dollars. I got the Wagyu Hanger as an appetizer and it was pretty good. My entree however was terrible! I got the market price daily special fish dish and the odor was so strong! I eat lots of fish and just was grossed out by the smell. I couldn't finish it. The prices are very expensive for what you get overall, but thats par for the course at a hotel restaurant.

Every dish my wife and I ordered was tremendous. The watermelon salad for a starter was so crisp and refreshing. The grilled ahi over lemongrass coconut curry was a harmonious balance of flavor, texture, and spice. Even so, the desserts might have been the highlight. Do not leave without trying the coconut sorbet no matter how full you may feel. You will not regret it. Mahalo to the servers, kitchen staff and chef for making it an unforgettable night for us!

Everything was very delicious! So ono! 5 ladies came here on a Sunday night to celebrate a birthday. Mahalo to Chris, our server who was so great and checked on us often to make sure we were enjoying every dish. We enjoyed the grilled octopus salad, coconut clams, ahi tataki, wagyu hanger, and buttered crab as starters. For dinner, two of us had the scallops which was amazing, another had the fettucine, another had the pork chops, and the other had the ahi special. Everyone could not stop saying how impressed they were with their choice of dinner. We barely had room for dessert, but what's a birthday without dessert so we shared the mango sticky rice cheesecake, the chocolate decadence, and the coconut ice cream sundae. We will definitely be back to try other dishes!

Chris is an exceptional server. Warm, engaging and appropriate. Knows his wines and very competent. The food courses were stellar with the sauces being creative but still leaving the preps their own tastes. Highly recommend for fine dining on Maui

Fantastic dinner experience! Menu was updated slightly and the new additions were delicious! Highly recommend the kula beet salad and the fresh fish! The preparation was excellent. We topped off with the popcorn cheesecake for dessert.
