Service and location is wonderful... food is subpar and same price as dining at Four Seasons but not nearly as good...

Catch of the day was amazing. Margarita excellent. And to finish it off with the chocolate torte. Our waitress was the best. So friendly. Will definitely comeback again.

Great view of the Maui sunset with live ukulele music, tiki torches and very tasty food. The carrot and banana curry was very nice as a vegetarian meal. It was my birthday. I noted that on my reservation and they surprised me with a very generous bowl of ice cream with chocolate sauce with a flower and candle garnish. I asked the sweet waiter how she knew and she said she noticed it on my file. This never happened to me on any other birthday reservation on this app so I was delighted. We watched the sunset with West Maui, Molokai and Lanai in the distance. This is casual by the Marriott Pool. More formal restaurant is upstairs.

Poolside cafe with a couple of vegetarian options. The vermicelli salad is mostly vermicelli and is served cold; next time I'll try the kula root salad which looked delicious.

Menu was basic, nothing stood out as unusual, local or particularly flavorful. Pretty basic for the price, even in Maui. For example, “local” ceviche was shrimp ceviche, featured fish was mahi mahi, which is fine I guess in most places but a let down when you're in Hawaii. Expensive cocktails at $23 ea. Servers were nice but didn't consider our reservation request until we arrived, which was too late. Pretty views. Not bad for a poolside bar, but I will look elsewhere in the future.

Booked a late lunch to celebrate our anniversary and it was excellent. The day before we had lunch at the Ritz Burger Shack which was also excellent. The atmosphere at the Burger Shack is a 10 plus and Kapa's is an 8. The service and food at Kapa is 10 plus where the Ritz about an 8. Kapa by far serves the best fish tacos I have had on Maui?

KAPA is perhaps the best dining experience overall in Wailea Beach Resort (WBR). Overall, the dining game in Maui isn't top notch and WBR suffers from that as well. Overpriced and uneventful.

KAPA is right by the main pool in an open patio style setting. It has a beach house vibe but done in a very modern way. Just an awesome place to just hang out and view the ocean. Just with this, they already are winning.

Food is tasty. The surprising spread of various cuisines from all around are well put together. All fit for "pool food" that will make a hungry bunch satisfied. KAPA shouldn't be judged for food primarily but they end up providing the best dining option at WBR by a wide margin. And combine this with a cold Hawaiian lager and you're in paradise. Again, each one of the items aren't top notch. But they are absolutely more than appropriate for the setting.

If you're in WBR, KAPA should be visited frequently. Even if you're not staying at WBR, walk over on the beach path and give KAPA a go. Wonderful.

Very nice atmosphere with a sea view. Unfortunately we didn't find the service that nice and the food was good but also very expensive.

We had a great drink here!! But just a warning - we parked in the garage for 1 hour and 6 minutes to get this drink (we were not guests at the hotel) and the parking garage cost us $43. There was no sign mentioning the rates or else we would not have gone here.

Just far to expensive for what it is. Very average bar food at prices that make you believe you dine in an upscale restaurant.

Not worth the price at all. Very average food and server kept forgetting to bring us drinks and left us waiting to take our order for a while

The prices are above average, yet the quality of the food does not match up. Our order included fish sandwiches, fish tacos and coconut shrimp. The shrimp were the highlight and we all enjoyed it. However, the remaining dishes lacked flavor, even though they were spicy. The cocktails were average, but you can find better options nearby at more affordable prices. No complains about the service; it was excellent. Still, the primary draw of this place seems to be its convenient proximity to the pool.
