“Located in the heart of Chinatown and Maunakea Marketplace, this place serves authentic Filipino food. I arrived late today and it was out of pork adobo. So I had Lechón Kawali and an unknown dish that was served cold. The lady told me it was pork and indeed it was pork, but it was like pork organs mixed with onions and scallions. Both dishes were tasty. With rice, the total was $20. Cash only here as well as other stalks here in the plaza. The serving size was decent as I couldn’t finish everything for lunch.
Vegetarian options: Some of Filipino vegetables dishes have small amounts of meat in them.
Parking: $3 per hour on the street. There were a couple small private lots across the street as well.
Wheelchair accessibility: Yes“
“Brother came to visit over the holidays and wanted to check out Chinatown. Went to Naty's after I told my brother about an old Mark Weins YouTube video featuring the Filipino food joint. Food was great and the ladies taking our orders were super kind. Will definitely be back...food here is better than the options in Waipahu.“

“One of the many trucks here in the Food Truck Park. It serves Filipino, Mexican, steaks, etc. I tried the crab/lobster roll and it was very good. Next time I will try the lechón kawali. The seating area wasn’t the cleanest and full of flies, which was kind of expected. This place also offers a 20% discount on its popular dishes during Happy Hours 2-5 p.m.
Vegetarian options: I didn’t see any vegetarian dishes other than French fries.
Parking: Hard to find
Wheelchair accessibility: No“

“I recently checked out Vicky's Filipino Fast Food in Downtown and I gotta say, I was pleasantly surprised. They had a ton of variety, from classic dishes like adobo to my all-time favorite, Laing. The aunties behind the counter were super friendly and made me feel right at home. The food was legit and tasted like the real deal, bringing back memories of my childhood in the Philippines. Shoutout to the Laing, it was on point and reminded me of the times my family and relatives would bring back some frozen Laing from their trips back home. Plus, the prices are more than fair for the delicious choices they have. I definitely recommend Vicky's especially if you work in downtown looking for some tasty Filipino grub.Vicky's Filipino Fast Food is located in the heart of downtown on Fort Street Mall, surrounded by other great dining options. The interior is modest, with a few tables for diners. You have the option to choose a 1, 2, or even 3-item plate with either rice or Pancit as your starch. The choices are on the counter in front of you. I appreciated the flexibility and variety that Vicky's offered. Overall, I had a great experience at Vicky's and I'm already planning my next visit!“
“Filipino food at its finest in the heart of downtown Honolulu. Clean facility and friendly service. Don't be late 'cause by 5pm, they already have few recipes to offer. So whatever they have left is all you get. If you're craving for dessert, they also have the famous halo-halo. If you're not watching your diet, you can never go wrong for this place's delicious food. Try it, to believe it.“

“Local plate lunch place. Have tried the kalua pork, pork adobo, and pork squash (squash was a special, not a regular item), was all great, and cheap too.Entrance to the place is inconspicuously tucked into the corner. They have some tables and chairs setup outside, but as an alternative, just down the road is Hunananiho campsite and Waimanalo Beach, nicer to go eat there.“
