We had coffee there twice and it comes out lukewarm with zero flavor. $7.58 for their large coffee which is equivalent to a mid size Starbucks. It is amazing to watch line up and buy these sweet syrupy, drinks costing well over $10 The staff all look like they crawled out of bed and dressed as such. They have no personality and the question in my head is where is the manager? It is a chain on all the islands so I guess that answers the question. The gourmet grocery store one block further away charges only $3.49 for a very large cup of coffee and frankly the taste is the same.

Coming from a coffee fanatic they have great coffee here .I usually come here for the cold Brews and the almond croissants and my wife loves the acai bowls. You can ask them to make you a Vietnamese cold brew, and they will make you the best one you can get on the island. Great spot!!!

Coffee was ok, but not worth $11 for an iced coffee.

DAY 4 of Vacation - Second coffee cup of the day! Found this spot while walking around Kings' Shops. My mission in Hawaii was to visit as many local Kona coffee shops as I can.

Parking: Large parking lot. Finding a spot is easy. Free parking.

Ambiance/Environment: This is a cute coffee shop. It was decorated for Halloween when we visited. Love the open space inside. They have merch in the center of the shop with indoor seating around. They also have outdoor seating.

Service: Shout out to Kenyarae! She took our order and was patient, efficient, and knowledgable about the menu. We asked her a few questions about the menu, and she was able to answer them all and even gave us good recommendations.

What we ordered:

1) Hawaiian Honey Latte - This was recommended to me. It contained 100% Hawaiian honey w/ cinnamon. This wasn't overly sweet; you could still taste the coffee. The honey & cinnamon flavors went well together. I really enjoyed my drink!

2) Ginger Chai Latte - My BIL ordered this. This is only offered as a hot drink with almond milk. I'm not a chai person, but I still took a sip of his drink. There is a light ginger taste, but you can taste the chai more.

3) Frozen Matcha Green Tea - This is as it sounds .. a blended matcha drink. My FIL ordered this. He mentioned it tasted as expected. The matcha flavor came through and it didn't melt as fast.

4) Tropical Sensation - My MIL ordered this. This drink contains guava nectar, ginger-peach tea, & fresh berries. She really liked her drink! She mentioned it was very refreshing, especially after walking around in the heat.

5) Waialua Moana Bowl - Of course my bf ordered this. He loooves acai bowls. This bowl contains acai topped with Wailua dark chocolate, Big Island cacao nibs, house made coconut peanut butter, bananas, strawberries, berries, granola, & Big Island organic raw white honey. There was a generous amount of granola. He preferred more acai than toppings. Despite that, he liked the fresh fruits and peanut butter.

This is our favorite place for coffee and or breakfast! Are love affair started at the Maui location. The island latte is the best and don't miss out on the avocado toast it is hands down the best avocado toast you will ever eat! Warning it's a large portion I think that he's a whole avocado. We're on our third day in a row here.... Well worth it!!

lady working the cashier with piercings was very rude when taking my order she asked what size for my acai bowl and I didn’t know what the sizes were at first but she showed the cup sizes in a very rude manner. was also very rude to my friend when she tried to pay in cash when we didn’t see their tiny sign that they don’t accept cash. and both ladies working were just very rude no sense of customer service and overall uncomfortable environment. would not recommend

Would advise avoiding this location due to cleanliness concerns. Sparrows fly in whenever they want and poop on the merchandise shelves. They also help themselves to the açai bowl toppings straight from the dispenser (video attached).

As a side note, the matcha yuzu tea tasted like lemon nothingness and was $8. Would not recommend.

I love this place...the food and the coffee are the top of the top notch. The people who work here are so nice and they practice the true Aloha spirit. We fell in love with the VIC shop on Maui so we were sooo excited to see that they opened one here in Waikoloa.
Aloha till next time!

Excited to experience a local ingredients coffee house that served absolutely delicious coffee but also yummmmmmy acai bowls! We walked to Kings Court in the mornings. Super fresh fruits, granola, honey, etc. They’re cutting up the papaya, guava, bananas, pineapple, etc. right there in front of you. So you know it’s super duper fresh! Will for sure be back! Forget Starbucks (it’s so generic with not-so-great ingredients), shop local!

Always a favorite spot for coffee & açaí bowls, but please BEWARE online ordering at this location. We ordered ahead, checked in with barista as instructed, then waited an add’l 25 mins to find out the order was ready in their freezer. Miscommunications between staff on their side made for a frustratingly long and unnecessary wait.

They have great coffees and wonderful acai bowls. However, they have the worst customer service and the prices are very high!

This place is amazing! I visited with my family every day of the 5 days I was at this part of the island and none of the drinks disappointed.

The Taro , Matcha, and Chai blended drinks were perfect for the hot summer weather, but a little on the sweet side if you like that (which I do). The lavender and honey lattes had subtle hints of lavender and honey flavors that did not overpower the actual latte. But my favorite was the coconut Kona mocha. It was the right blend of coconut, coffee, and mocha without being too sweet, and it tasted just like a girls scouts Samoa cookie!

We also tried the açaí bowl, and even though we ordered the smallest option, we were able to share it between three people pretty equally. The fresh fruit blend of bananas, papaya, and raspberries made the bowl refreshing, and the layers of granola added a perfect crunch. It was a very healthy way to start our morning, and I would definitely recommend if you prefer sweet over savory breakfast foods.

The staff here were all very friendly and accommodating, the atmosphere was always bustling with the shop being almost always busy, and the many different options of merch (mugs, water bottles, matcha/ mocha powders, and sauces) make the place very inviting.

Overall, I am very happy I found this local coffee shop, and if I stayed here longer, I would have definitely tried everything on the menu.
