“After a long morning at Waimea State Park, I picked Da Booze Shop because the name made me laugh. Well the jokes on me because the food, service, and atmosphere were stellar! I have always loved eating in Mom and Pop places because they always have the best food. I got the Mahi Katsu and had enough leftover for a snack. If you are traveling with kids this is a great place to eat. You can eat across the street at the park and let the kids play and expend some energy.“

The live music was a bit loud which made talking somewhat harder but not to the point of impossible. We have been to HāLani several times and I've honestly never noticed the music being too loud before so it was quite possibly a one off situation. Everything else was impeccable.“
