A very nice lady with a small section inside of the Waipahu marketplace filled with fresh baked goods. I have purchased quite a few few different kinds of her items. My favorite is her malasadas, and her banana bread. Get them when they first open and they’ll be really fresh. Everything is also reasonably priced.
One of my co-worker accidentally found this Bakery and I tried Manny's Bakery's MALASADAS, I'm glad i had my Driver licence with me! It was so good that i almost forgot my name...
It's the BEST Malasadas i ever tried... The place is small but very Clean. They open very Early i think 6 am, They never Pre Stock . Bread are always Fresh everyday... Highly recommended...

Very good spanish rolls, it's more puffer than Golden Coin's one, more of like texture of a long pandesal, but with the inside is buttery like a spanish roll. Fair price as well, I recommend it.
